What do you think the next craze will be? We had Nu-Metal now we have the Darkness bringing on the old skool rock...what next?

Well Emo is a hot spot at the moment but for how long?
Will the critics start to slate leading bands in the field which in turn (although dumb) will start the same decrease in it's popularity, the same way as nu-metal? I think it will be some hybrid of emo that comes from purists in the genre that will take over the scene, but all it really takes is one original band to start off a whole new sub-genre. Basically I think anyone that sounds fresh will be picked up quite quickly. -------------------- stalefish1.com

i can see hardcore and grindcore taking over from emo in about 3months when all the wannabe poser emo kids (not being elitist cus ther r people who really like the music...just looking at the hip generation) decide that to prove they r all about the music they will hav to go cool and hardcore
AFTER that tho its gonna be power metal cus thats the way its steerin at the mo... --------------------  |
