Well I have herd people talk about canned meat before. I want to learn how to can venison.
I have eaten caned peaches but don't know how to do that.
I really want to make jelly out of wild berries. I have a bunch frozen but don't know what to do with them.

I understand how to use a pressure cooker and it's dangers. Just don't know the different pressures and times.

Is it possable to can squirrel soup? I love the stuff.
