here i am, The Inspector, a Time Lord torn in the middle and tempted by either side of what is considered right, and what is known to be wrong. Fifty years years ago i turned away from the known path that was laid before me and moved towards a path unknown this day twentyfive years or so ago. here i stand, still held together by a thread, sewn in place by RPG-D because they love me so. i do not know what this will hold in store for myself, for Morgan - just that what is coming will be more exciting and interesting ... and newer than what has come to pass. in the meantime, you can catch me by elalqueon@yahoo.com me anytime, and any place.

lawman has put an end to my running so what if i stretch, i flex, maybe watch my weight ... what has that got to do with anything
at any rate, there was this 6'2" tall guy who was running down the street in nothing but a hospital gown. now, i thought to myself, what would a 200 pound person like that want to be showing their buns all around town? that was the horrible moment when i realized that the athletic dipstick was actually me! i was heading away, escaping from my captors - as it were. my blue-black adjusted suit were packed securely in a cookie-shaped duffle bag down the road a ways, but i was not sure that i would be able to make it. running a free hand through my black and brown locks, my green beams were seeking success in my venture. normally, i would go for something that covered more, like sleek suits that contour the body because those things hang on me ... just right. not to mention they just might hide a few things, like too many freckles all about the chest, from view. you know something interesting, though? some think i look like a monkey, but i'm just not really sure. what do you think? have you seen them from behind?

;;TARDIS: Morgan's Time Ship is a TARDIS TEMPUS CLASS MARK 231. His TARDIS is like any old TARDIS but it has a different engine type. It is a TIME ENERGY MATRIX IN PROBABILITY UNVERSAL SPACE, which helps the time ship fly the Vortex with a lot much more precision than (RDIS)RELATIVE DIMENSIONS IN SPACE Drives. Nonetheless, the ship do has her own problems of her own. It tends to overheat due to consecutive time jumps and it cannot maneuver that great on the surface of stars, near event horizons or near super novas. This is how Morgan's Tardis look on the inside, he calls it the 'Palomar desktop theme'

[ the Folestereandontenes's tree, condensed ] ;; father} Macosianosteranto Folestereandontenes is one thousand three hundred years old and is living his last regeneration and worked as a Time Lord Inspector of Temporal Phenomena. ;; mother} Elipinastra Hausantorcantorestes was nine hundred twenty three years old when she lived her twelfth regeneration and died. She worked as a Time Lord Temporal Rebuilder; working to mend time wherever and whenever it was ruptured. ;; like-parent} His Uncle Francoperantestos Hausantorcantorestes is nine hundred sixty four years old and is living his fifth regeneration. He does not work anymore for the Time Lords having been exiled by the Time Lord Community for questioning the Rassilon Primes. ;; sibling(s)} Morgan had no siblings. ;; significant other(s)} A very good friend and casual companion Margaret Fulton from Earth's 1967. Morgan grew up in the snowy regions of Gallifrey, in a remote town known as Senterpolias. There he grew up alongside his parents in a very loving and caring family group. He went to school and when he finally graduated he enrolled for the Time Lord Council. Despite both of his parents were Time Lords his petition was denied five times. During this time he studied on his own regarding the matrix of time and did several travels with his maternal Uncle Frank. When he was finally accepted he joined up their junior ranks and began to excel in his studies.
Little by little he grew as a Time Lord and was finally granted a special mission. He was given the task to make a Temporal Magnetoelectrotrotopic Scan of the Universe. The task took him several years but when he returned he was granted the title of Time Lord. He accepted the much desired title with humility and began to work with the Time Lords and their affairs. A little after his second regeneration he was granted the use of a TARDIS. With this new promotion he was sent to explore the farthest reaches of time and there he managed to see the unavoidable. He learned of the Time War.
When he returned he immediately spoke of the imminent destruction of Gallifrey and the Doctor's involvement, but he was hushed down and sent to do a desk job which he did, confiding in the infinite wisdom of his superiors. However, one day his renegade Uncle returned home, he spoke to Morgan about the war and fired up his sense of duty. The two of them knew now that the Time Lords were not doing anything to stop it; so they had to do something about it. With the help of his Uncle he managed to acquire a TEMPUS(TIME ENERGY MATRIX IN PROBABILITY UNVERSAL SPACE) TARDIS MARK 231.
As he left Gallifrey he kissed it good-by, despite his father's warning of enraging the Time Lords. Up until know he has been traveling and observing trying to find the missing pieces of the UNICOS (Universal Nexus In Cosmic Omni States) TARDIS that were scattered through out time-space that could actually help change the tide of the battle and possibly, just possibly avoid the destruction of his beloved world.
