here i am, Smith, a male torn in the middle and tempted by either side of what is considered right, and what is known to be wrong. twenty one years ago i turned away from the known path that was laid before me and moved towards a path unknown this day seven years or so ago. here i stand, still held together by a thread, sewn in place by Yahoo because they love me so. i do not know what this will hold in store for myself, for the twelfth doctor - just that what is coming will be more exciting and interesting ... and newer than what has come to pass. in the meantime, you can catch me by PM me anytime, and any place.

lawman has put an end to my running so what if i stretch, i flex, maybe watch my weight ... what has that got to do with anything
at any rate, there was this 6'1" guy/girl who was running down the street in nothing but a hospital gown. now, i thought to myself, what would a 150 pound person like that want to be showing their buns all around town? that was the horrible moment when i realized that the average dipstick was actually me! i was heading away, escaping from my captors - as it were. my sonic modulator and fob watch were packed securely in a cookie-shaped duffle bag down the road a ways, but i was not sure that i would be able to make it. running a free hand through my blonde and lovely hair locks, my blue beams were seeking success in my venture. normally, i would go for something that covered more, like black tux or red tux over a red long-sleeved shirt or black shirt with no nonsense leather shoes and denim jeans to finish this up because those things hang on me ... just right. not to mention they just might hide a few things, like a scar on my neck, from view. you know something interesting, though? some think i look like Jason Dohring, but i'm just not really sure. what do you think? have you seen them from behind?
and i'm so far from my home home is where the heart is ... and maybe the chocolate chip cookies, too

Basically the Exile is an obligatory psychotic and alcoholic jackass who only gives a damn at rare times. He is always armed with smart quips and sarcastic remarks that somehow turns people off. When in trouble, the Exile is one person who won't back out easily and in fact, he would resort to violence without second thought. He is also quite rude sometimes and he seems to 'hate' everybody except himself and a bunch of other people. He also seems to have a knack of breaking things when he's pissed off.
For a pessimistic and "not much of a people person" as the Exile would term it, the Exile has actually a deep capacity for love, loyalty and care for a person that he would go through anything just to save that person. Being one of the last Time Lords, the Exile actually took on the mantle of 'fixing' things throughout time and space despite his hatred for the Time Lords.

Believe it or not, the Exile was born and not loomed into the House of none other than Rassilon himself before Pythia cursed the Time Lords to become sterile. Under his father's wing, the Exile grew up to become a great man like his father and he actually thought that Time Lord technology must be used to help others throughout time and space. But of course, the Time Lords weren't too fond of his radical ideas, especially now that his father was rumoured to be immortal.
Even if the Time Lords disagreed, Rassilon supported the Exile and the Exile travelled throughout time and space just like the Doctor to save the universe. The Time Lords then revolted against Rassilon and imprisoned him within the Dark Tower in the Death Zone. Not too long after Rassilon's 'death', the Exile was captured and was sentenced by the Time Lords to a fate that is crueler than his father. The Exile was banned to return to Gallifrey and his existence itself was erased from the whole of time and space as if the Exile never existed, but he was there. All the changes that the Exile did suddenly vanished into thin air and time proceeded as it was from that day on. The Exile also received another punishment that he saw as a curse. The Time Lords somehow manipulated the Exile's genes to somehow alter the Exile's immortality. Knowing that the Exile would become a different and more selfish man that he is now, the Time Lords made the Exile immortal in his first incarnation only and the only way for him to regenerate is to be incinerated. Since the Exile isn't that much of a self-sacrificing person, the Exile was stuck in his immortal state until today.
When he was kicked out of Gallifrey, the Exile, as he was called, travelled throughout time and space to somehow ease the 'pain' he was feeling and helplessness he felt when he saw his father trapped in the Dark Tower. At one point in time, the Exile met Rebecca Adler and it is there that his life changed. He took Rebecca throughout different points in time as his companion as she persuaded him to. Both slowly fell in love with each other, but the Exile 'held' back because he can live forever, while she slowly fades away in time. The Exile then thought up to break one of the rules of time and that is to make someone a Time Lord. With a little jiggery pokery, the Exile managed to turn Rebecca into a Time Lady as both of them wanted, but it came with a consequence: Rebecca was left in a coma after the process. Realizing the horror that he has done, the Exile became the man he is now. After seeing the destruction of Gallifrey from a distance, the Exile roams the universe as the jackass he is with feelings of guilt and thoughts that he is a complete failure.
Now that multiple universes collided with one another, the Exile is somehow pissed off that such a thing occured. He then decided to take action once more and find the one man who probably had something to do with this: the Doctor.

Bill Compton? That sounds familiar ... oh well.
Also, a quick side note: I don't think too many people should be older than K'anpo. I don't know, it'd have to be a huge, HUGE history to sway me. Four thousand something? I just ... I don't know.

Yeah, I think so too. House of Rassilon? That just seems a bit much for me too, especially since he's an... exile.
My other issue is the turning a woman into a Time Lady sort of thing. I would say that more than likely would have killed her (or if she's in a coma, at least didn't actually get turned into the Time Lady). That seems a stretch for me, I dunno. That would be Liz's call I guess.

Well that's the point of exiling Exilumlovatorium. Rassilon was probably well-loved and stuff by the Time Lords and if the Exile's lineage is revealed, then they feared that the rulers of Gallifrey would be just a political dynasty of the House of Rassilon. Of course, they wouldn't like that so it would add in to the reason why the Exile is an exile. The Exile might be the type to brag about his lineage, but given his experience and all he wouldn't even dare utter his father's name out of shame.
Regarding the Time Lady part, she is technically a Time Lady and the Exile succeeded in converting her, but she'll never wake up nor appear in this RP. Just for history purposes and something to add in to the Exile's guilt.
