The land is snowing men! Well, no, it isn't, but slowly the snow begins to pile, soft and crystal-like and all, very, very cold. About -12 degrees celcius.

Name - north
Age - 3
Gender - Male

Pack - None
Rank - Stalker Loner
Mate - Deceased
Cubs - Unkown Location

Appearance -
Most wolves in the Helap pack were black, for North it didn't seem that way, so he was put aside, blacker wolves getting the upper hand. At his birth he had light grey fur, hinted with the amber his mother posessed, meanwhile his litter brother, West, was born pure black, just like their father. It was through this time of trials and tribulations North's heart grew darker and with it so did his coat, it could never be said as pure black, instead it just mingles dark greys with dark greys. Stranger still is that his right flank is lighter than his left, freckled with a light splatter of misty grey it is only too easy to pinpoint him out from his pack members. Of course as his coat grew darker, West's grew lighter and the privalages changed.

Another wonder was his eyes, normal wolves eyes resemble amber but his are somewhere in between. While his right eye is blank, a dull ever lasting grey he can still see out of it as clearly as when he was born, though many could think he was half blind. His left meanwhile is still a grey but has been swirled around with the amber he inherited from his mother, its not soul searching, or is not meant to be but it seems somewhat out of place, like a splash of colour on a blank canvas. None would say his eyes are mystifying but many have said they are peircing, as though one eye merely registers your existance while the other examins every weakness and power you hold.

His coat is nothing special in texture, medium length it keeps in all the heat he needs for winter and stays cool enough through the summer days. Maybe its just slightly too coarse and rough but it's adapting for the long journey's he often takes part in.

He is also not that big, though slightly over average in size and weight he doesn't really hold that much difference. Of course well tensed muscle is always prepared for the spring but truthfully he gives off something which just makes him look that slight bit stronger, that slight bit bigger, that slight bit more mysterious and it rubs off. And often he has won the battle before he has started. Catch him at an emotional down though or when the wolf is lacking sleep and you'll see a much weaker wolf behind the careful barriers.

Personality -

A Helap pack member was never known to have much fault in their minds. A shield of dignity and power hung over them like a promise left to their ancestors but with this promise there was always darkness. A plague of dark magic and witchcraft that routed back over thirteen generations. With this in mind you could only recall North as a carbon copy, something that followed the rules of Helap pack with pride and loyalty.

As known North was never one for supreme loudness or confidence, not that he didn’t possess these characteristics deep down. Even through his period of ascolencantance he never showed anything out of the ordinary; never spoke up to his older siblings and never taking part in their daily activities. But during this time period he often liked to gather knowledge of things, he knew much of the gossip, lies and secrets of the pack taking his time in finding out the most trivial of facts.

And though in the den he hid his talent and intelligence he still longed power with arrogant self-importance. So when not picking on poor pups he would take his time listening to the stories and tales of the older wolves or learning fighting skills in secret with his father. He soon found himself studying the most deeply and disastrous subjects, converting his ears to the subjects of murder. Of course this meant more sneaking and hidden messages; he became tired, grouchy and restless.

But through his silence and unimportance there was still the desire to be great and it held on to him for too many years. He was known as a gentleman, with swift charming speech and a knack of manipulation, he only showed people what they wanted to see. Yet through this, anger consumed him and he became only too accustomed to fake smiles and weak relationships.

Leaving the pack he attended small gatherings in other packs, gaining a name for himself. He wound up in high places with an even higher pack status; he had connections in good and bad people’s books. Then of course he became a Beta and he liked it, really liked it. He found himself hard to control almost, his emotional states sometimes differing, from anger to sorrow. And with this power he was not only reckless but sour. He mistreated his mate and his family, often shouting and even sometimes beating.

But still the dignified shell covered up the little cracks, in the wild his charming smile and offhanded friendliness was rarely questioned, though of course the Helap family had relatives in the most dangerous and deadly of packs he never seemed the type to turn bad. So when his so called ‘friends’ wound up mysteriously dead no one seemed to notice.

Even now his unstable state stays, rarely talking out of line and loyal to the Helap pack (even though it has now gone), he doesn’t seem to worry about getting caught. But of course little know what hides behind this shell, a sleepless wolf who is only too thoughtful of the past and is haunted by his family members. He might have all he wanted, power, skill and intellect but even his own sly self cannot forget all those he has killed to get there. So he continues his life with all his looks and charisma though inside him North is no such thing.

Black wolves are not allowed.
No wolves over 36".

Because I like you and your writing style, if you change North's height and put him on hold for about a week then I'll let you play him.
Please don't think that because we talk and we're friends that i'll let you do things which ar against my rules.
