Let me put it this way, if you have time every day to spend editing 1-3 (maybe 4) pages a day, and maybe a few extra on the weekends, you should be able to make our 2 week deadline a-okay with a 32-34 page chapter. For 40, 2-4 pages a day should suffice (even an average of 3 would be fine). However, you should keep in mind that some pages and manga are harder to edit than others.

I'm not an editor, so I don't know how many hours a day it takes to edit. Some people like to cram and rush everything at the end, but if you are usually busy and only have a few hours a day to edit, I think that if you follow this kind of schedule, the best quality can come out without you tiring yourself out.

So its a part time job, I gather. I might have to give up reading manga in order to edit manga. :)

Oops! No no! I meant, the time I currently spend frittering away on manga would have to be used constructively for editing. :)
I should see a psychologist.


Anyway, now I know what sort of comittment I'd be making. I have to think about it.
