Karasuma, Miho - A Starfleet officer station aboard the USS Liberator NX-85472. Miho is partnered often with Haruto Sakaki. She's the more serious of the pair and more dedicated to her work than her playful, risk-taking teammate.
Kenria - A young and dedicated Narden. He served as Banar's aide, assisting him in Free Republic affairs.
Khushrenada, Caira - The legal name for Terra Niter. She changed her name after her brother, Treize, staged a military coup on their home world. Duo and Mia often still refer to her by this name and are two of the very few that can.
Killianame, Narai - An unjoined Trill, Narai is the Head Nurse on the USS Liberator NX-85472. Though somewhat ditzy and a huge gossip, Narai is extremely competant in her post. Her family speculates that her ditziness is what ruled her out as a candidate for Joining with a Symbiote.
Koberashi Maru - Starfleets infamous no-win training simulation used to train academy cadets that some situations simply cannot be ovecome and lead to defeat. Mally Tinnerman did not believe in it and saw dire situations, such as her passage across the deadly Lodana system, as yet another thrill ride.
Karemma - A trading species in the Gamma Quadrant and one of the Dominions’ more influential members. Over the years they had shaken off such oppresion and even begun trade at Avalon, in Sector D4-677. They were also allies of the Draconians.
Kraven - A demented Vectari scientist with an ashen face and red war paint markings, insane enough to experiment on himself with Esper energy. Despite the enhancements, it drove him insane. Devoid of morality, he craved more Esper energy to achieve further heights, all the way to Godhood. This ambition fuelled his people to seek out the ancient powers no matter the cost to expand borders and fortune.
Krey’lar Dar - The leader of the extinct Lodana people. He led his people against the Espers in a final stand that saw him and his entire race destroyed.
Kudet, Marisha - The USS Endeavour UEV-001 original science CO, who tragically died of a heart attack. Mourned deeply by the crew, she was replaced by her XO, the talented Xortha Boll.
