Personal: Sa the Hand is sometimes thought of as cold, yet he has been known to give very generous gifts. An odd thing that many may notice, is that he never shows any emotion, not even when near death. He could order someone's death the same way he orders his next drink. He is quite knowledgeable in the ways of making money. Being incredibly patient, it is really hard to become an enemy. He feels that everything is his fault, and always takes the blame.

History: Little is known about Sa before he came to the kingdom of Altea, on the planet Maryuma. Four hundred years ago, a humanoid statue was suddenly found sitting in the gardens of Altea's castle. Its position was that of readiness, as if to spring from its frozen state. The king and queen, Talan and Rhea, came to the statue to pray for the end to the constant war with the M'elzaren, a group of powerful mages that are always leading attacks from their home land, Kuklanuts. The statue began walking around, as if pacing. The color of the statue turned from grey to that of a living creature. "I am Sa the Hand, where am I?" was what came from the mouth of the being. After the initial shock, Sa was informed of his whereabouts. The king quickly realized the power of this man, and took him as the Kyorlen.
402 Years later, the king and queen had their first child. Sa was chosen the decide the name of the newly born girl. After several moments of contemplating silence Sa said "Sasha." and then walked off. For Sasha's protection, Sa was permitted to form a group of guards, named the Mith Ussen. They were always near, yet their presence was never known by anyone other than Sa, the guards, and the king. Sa spent most of his time with Sasha, teaching her the ways of Athiyk, a powerful magic dependant on the mind.
When Sasha turned 18, an attack was performed on Maryuma. The attackers were Humans, yet they had more advanced technology than the humans of Kuklanus. They flew in ships of metal, launching bright bursts of light that destroyed anything it hit. Their weapons were like those of Altea, yet they weren't metal or wood, the swords produced a light much like those of the ships. The Mith Ussen, charged with Sasha's protection, transported her to the safest place, the dungeon of Castle Altea. This were Sa encountered these attackers. Sa quickly went into an attack stance, charging up his power. The attackers rushed, and Sa released a blast of fire energy. Without pausing, he let out blast after blast of fire balls, lines of ice, bolts of electricity, and blasts of rock. Within moments the attackers were dead, except for the commander, who pulled out a giant cannon. The commander fired, and Sa countered with his magic. A deep rumbling sound could be heard, and the king and queen burst through the walls, beaten to death. The Mith Ussen joined in the battle, and the cannon fired again. This time the interaction of magic and technology caused a vortex to be formed, pulling Sa, Sasha, and several Mith Ussen.
They landed on some planet unfamiliar with them. After days of searching, they found a city with unusual technologies, and people that looked just like them. They were soon informed that they were on the planet Neudaiz, in the Gurhal System. Having no other choice, Sa and Sasha joined the GUARDIANS, and the Mith Ussen continued to protect. A few days later, the attacks by the 'SEED' came. Being part of the GUARDIANS, Sa and Sasha went about fighting these odd creatures and happenings.
Finding they did not like the GUARDIANS, they left. Moments later they found the Vanguard, and joined them seeing them as a group that they could fit in with. The Mith Ussen are but a few, so found the Vanguard as a place to start up a clan that recruits people into the Mith Ussen.
