I saw the tech demo for FFVII.... that's a bunch of freakin....... Square-enix shouldn't do that to us... It looked cool... But they tease too much.

yep, i have screens ready to host at sd mains website later today of teh rev! about 10 pic in total, all in all i have about 30 or so images to hosted just for e3, mainly consoles and stuffthats a good idea there infectious, that will add a uniqye feel to your site, as you could host your own scripts etc, aswell as your game!

Knowledge is my own personal drug as it were. I learn through suggestion and question. When someone says to find out about something, or wants to know about something thats generally when I jump to the occasion and find out what needs to be done.

And I need to redesign the buttons now. Those don't fit anymore.

OK... How do I make charecters in the battle type scrpit that you found? More or less a tuturial for it. Can I make the weapon look different for the battle (i.e. from blue to red or something) whenever I change the equipment? ... I forgot some!!! I'll remember them somtime.

Well... Like let's say that my main charecter has a basic sword which( in FF6 style battle script you helped with) is silver, then i go to a town's weapon shop and buy... uh.. a mythril sword, which I would color blue. Now the question is "Is there a way to make a sword a different color (like in the mentioned sentence above)? Would I have to create a different battle sprite? (which is basiclly copy and past a new image of the sprites and then color the swords to the diferent color I want) And how would I get that to work? Or is there another way. Like not haveing to make new sprites and then somehow be able to just change the weapons.

You'd probably have to modify the image itself, and then set some sort of conditional switch for when that weapon is purchased for each individual character.

Ok so I just take the image of the weapon I want to use and then color them to the colors I want right? Or do I modify the whole sprite? But how do I set the switch?

Ok. How exactually do I but the other battle script in the script eidtor? On page three of the link you provided there is a complete english version of the one from page one, by MrMoo. I made a new space above the Main in the script, but I don't know what to do from there.

Ok I tried to put it in but it was a no go. When I tried to start a game it stated

Yeah I got it a couple of seconds before you posted. This is just a test version right? Because on the girl in the first screen you forgot to put in the actions for the multi choice handlers so when I respond to her question the game just stops and has a message screen with no words. But I already fixed it.
