Tell us what the first RPG you ever played was. Did you enjoy it?
I hated RPG's for a long time until I got my hands on FFX. I've been hooked ever since haha. Actually I just remembered why I hated RPG's. Cos I had a copy of "Dragon Warrior" when I was about 6 or 7 I can't remember I might have been a little older, anyways the point is I was more into flashy games then games that dragged out....hey I was 6 or 7 what do you expect LoL.
Let's hear what you have to say about your first RPG.....

I started with a game called Final Fantasy 1! lol, then 2 then 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 lol!
As you can tell ive played them all and loved them since i was like 10 years old! i also played otehr games, like phantasy star, ultima, dragon quest, saga frontier and basically every rpg made! lol, but i love action games, and arcade games too!
My first RPG was Pokemon Blue, then red, yellow, silver, gold, crystal, ruby, sapphire, emerald, stadium 1, stadium 2, Coliseum. So like Nitro I've played all of them.
Then I got hooked to Drakengard and Kingdom Hearts.

lol. Yes, so did I. I still get the gameboy ones as they are still good.

lol, really? pokemon red and blue were my first rpgs. i didn't play final fantasy until a couple of years ago lol! i don't like pokemon too much now. there's just too much training involved and i can't be bothered training the 8 or 9 characters in a final fantasy game let alone 150 pokemon lol!

I've never played a Pokemon RPG, and after reading what Ragnarok wrote....I never want to LoL. 150 Pokemon?! I mean yes I love games that are a challenege but wow that seems a little much for me LoL.
You don't have to do that!!! You only have to do 6. Actually you could only train one but it would be difficult. You get a shiny certificate if you catch all 151 but you don't have to to beat the game.

No not really. Ten minutes into the game and everything is explained to you. You may want to train one in each type(12) but you can only carry 6. Because some elements are better against others. Fire better than grass, water good against fire, electricity better than water, and so on. Everything can be beaten by another type so it is never unfair.

The Legend of Zelda Ocorina of Time. That was the game that got me hooked on videogames. I played it everyday. Finally beat it and then my brother introduced me to the World of Spira with FF X. I never finished that one but went on to finish FF X-2. Now I love RPG's and it all started with Zelda.
