Ill say it myself here, i decided to hand the task of dealing with new staff over to the jester, due to many tasks i myself have to do, many people i accept, tend to get annoyed i dont add them straight away!

And another thing, if you have less than 200 posts here at sd.....then consider your application as good as worthless, unless ofcourse your a friend off myself, and i can trust you will be here in the months to come. i dont want staff who dont do there jobs. Each staff member is expected to make new topic, in which ive yet to really be seen done by any of you! check the ff forums for hard proof of this, my name is a little over used down there in "topic creator" links! lol

so, if you would like to ask anything abotu becoming staff, come here and ask, and your question will be answerd.

Silly Question But wat does it take to get the highest possition that a member can obtain?

The highest position that a member can obtain is the content staff, which are basically super mods. To become one of those, you have to be a local. visiting frequently. Take entity for example. He was promoted from normal mod to content because hes one of the best mods here.

What about Co-Admin? lol Couldn't a member someday become one? Not that I want to be one O.O the only reason why I want to be one is because Nitro makes way to many typos @_@

If someone were to become a staff member, would we get a break now and then? like have a break when theres exams and such or at holiday seasons?

Of course. Theres no reason that you wouldnt. but it must be stated. As long as you let the rest of the staff know, its fine. If you happen to go on break without elling us for an extended period of time, you might get demoted. Now if something were to happen, like a family emergency or such, and you were able to let us know, then you could pm me or nitro stating the reason why you couldnt. one of us will then evaluate your statement and determine of you can be re-moted. You still have to be an average poster.

Ok how are the gfx staff chosen? because after looking through some things i am not liking one of the staff members which is now in the team.

Their gfx are still in teh beginning level and they take cirtisim very very hashly.

Sonox. I hang around the gfx area looking at gfx to get ideas at times. Don't call me a theif i just want to know how to create different effects in ps. i don't take teh style.

Lately Sonox's gfx are very basic or are over done. When people tell him the problems he gets angry.

I think that gfx staff should be gfx staff if they are great with gfx since you guys have a request system going and be able to take cirtism when its offered.

to me sonox can't do ether.

Hmm, well i see your point! Sonox is a little poor giving comments. AS GFX staff its not very good to comment on GFX how he does, also i see your point on his recent designs too. Ill keep track of his progress over the new few days, Sonox i advise you listen to peoples comments, and follow some tutorials to find some new effects.

I do agree with both of these guys. You learn by practice. Which starts to make me wonder about your previous works, but that is for me to ponder on at times.

Well, i'm soon to demote some content staff anyway, and move a few of them if not all to elite members due to the fact they dont meet specific's.

Global Moderating, keeping "spam" minimal, and also not causing spam or topics to go off topic. And also contributing to the forum, good topics, new members, good idea's for future features of the forum etc.

Well as concerned as I am about the future of this forum I am abit busy to post alot and hardly anything here sparks my interest anyway.

I also have my forum to worry about. I have alot to do today and I needed a few things done to finish them. X_X
