Roleplaying Terms (PM me with any other terms you want me to put in)

NPCs
NPC stands for "Non Player Character." These are basically characters that arn't really anyone, these can range from your average shopkeep to your main villian (unless someone is RPing as the main villain)

God Modding
God modding is one of the big nos for rping. God modding includes never being hit, always hitting, never being able to die, comming back from the dead almost instaniouly and controling other peoples character.

Meta-Gaming
Meta-gaming is combining Out of character knowledge with In character knowlege. Such as if one of the players is carrying a concealed weapon that they have declared having, but your character has never seen this weapon or has any way of telling, then the character does not know that it is there. (Remember, your character is not you). Meta-gaming is an all around bad idea

CACs
Now this is acronym is only used by afew people, but it stands for "Cheap Ass Character." Now this basically means a character is much to powerful or just all around unfair. An example of this is that someone makes a character that you just keep making more and more powerful at random points, or give them random skills as they benefit you. An example being that your character is capable of using any weapon they pick up without any trouble. This pisses people off VERY quickly.

Cheesecake
Though the food is delicious, we are not talking about that. A cheesecake is a kind of scene that is put in mostly as a gag or a ammusement to the players in multiple forms. As in someone gets there belt chopped off and there pants fall down (this one could possibly count as two cheesecakes ;) ). Though chessecakes can be ammusing, they sometimes can get repedative. And also, any cheesecake too adult or graphic is not a good idea, remember, there are little children here.
