Welcome back, Minna-sama!
SoraMB now looks shiny and new~ (  Apologies for the general corniness, Yuki is quite very tired after skinning and coding non-stop for the whole day.)
Changes Made:
-New Banner
-New Skin and Buttons
-Different races on the RPG hack
-Anti-right click
-All Board-related Broken links/images fixed.
-Chatroom Removed
And there are some tiny adjustments in content and othersuch that will probably go unnoticed.

Layout Information:
The picture is actually a screencap(Okay, three screencaps. One of Tatsu-nii and Tetsunosuke, the second of the sky, and the third of the city.) from the opening of PEACE MAKER Kurogane Anime, screencapped by yours truly. n_n GONZO is one of the very few anime studios which produce anime of such high quality that the screencaps can be made into graphics.
But that's not what you're interested in. 
What you probably want to know are the meanings and/or the origins of the words plastered all over the banner. So here goes.
At the bottom: Behind the words "Looking over the capital city" is the phrase "Heiwa wo tsukuru hito" which means "Maker/bringer of peace". The "Wo tsukuru hito" somewhat disappeared into the graphic later on, but you can still see a little bit of it.
The phrase in front of the same "Looking over the capital city" is as follows:
"Toki wa Bakumatsu Konran no Jidai-
It is the Bakumatsu, a time of chaos.
Sono goku wa atarashii michi wo ayumi hajimeteita-
The country is beginning to walk on a new path...
Mizukara no iki kata wo tsuranei da mono-
Those who stayed firm in their beliefs to the end
Mizukara no sonzai-igi wo motomete mono
Those who wanted to find the meaning of their existence
Soshite mizukara "oni" ni narou toshita mono
And those who tried to become "demons" by their own will
Tada jidai ni nagasarete...
Were just washed away by time..."
Excuse my bad translation and over-rephrasing. Those lines are actually the opening sentences in the Shinsengumi Imon Peace Maker Manga, so I don't claim them. Part of the "oni ni narou toshita mono" line disappeared halfway too... u_u Photoshop hates me.
The lines at the top are from the Opening song, "You Gonna Feel" and they sound weirder than weird in english (and because Yuki is too lazy to translate anymore  ), so Yuki will not even bother trying.  <---Is very lazy.
(But if you MUST know, the gigantic text says "Kono shima no kitai shinsei" and the smaller text, "Me no mae no bujouri ni, itami suratoki ni, tomonau toshite mo, ikiru shou wo, jidai ni shuchou shite

The Anti-right-click, a necessary evil:

Uhm, yes. They have been changed to:
Shinobi (Known better as Ninja)
Noujoushu (Farmer)
Kunoichi (The female version of the Shinobi. Except that historically there were no such things as Female ninja, only Kunoichi, who pilfered information using their "womanly charms"... ^^;; And Sake. Lots of Sake. ._.)
Samurai (Swordsman. Warrior. Bushi. Need I say more?)
Shuudoshi (Monk. Yes, the one with the beads.)
Shashu (Archer)
Noumin (Peasant/Commoner)
Roushi (Better known as Ronin or Rurouni, thanks to Ruroken. Anyhow, masterless samurai should be the definition.)
And they are based on the classes/occupations of the Kamakura to Edo jidai. (Although they're not THAT accurate because Yuki only took what she wanted and dumped the rest... u_u)

Yes, Those cute little chibi-things which boards with a proper RPG system have. Although you can't battle, i'm guessing it would be fun to at least have the picture of your character...
[Status: 0%. Still either need to learn how to make or get someone to design the different characters for different races, male and female. ^^;]
Shops
Timey-kun will insist that Yuki is crazy. At least for this one. ^^; Anyhow, since there will not be a shop for this board for EONS, there must be someway to manually handle "transactions" and Items for RPG-ing purposes.
