Raziel walked though the darkness, the moon his only light as he walked down the path. His travels had brought him many places in this world, but none as strange as the this place, where a war seemed to be going on. Raziel wished hardly any part in this war, unless there was something personal for him to gain, like the disposal of his younger brother, Turel. Raziel balled his clawns into fists, and walked down the road, until he reached an old building. This building seemed to be a Library, outside, in the darkness, a few benches around a cobblestone square, which had a path leading away. They cast shadows, which would disturb any mortal beyond belif. Raziel's eyes searched the area, their luminescient glow were the only thing that could have given him away in the almost sheer blackness that he hid in. The moon was shining down on the building, and the square. Raziel snuk along the shadows, and went to the west end of the building. Raziel put his back to the wall, and made sure that no one was around. He then turned around, and plunged his claws into the wall, and started scaling. It was a good 5 minutes before Raziel reached the roof. There he crept to a skylight, the moon making him cast a shadow along the rooftop. Raziel crouched, and looked down into the building. He saw many books, such literature could only help him figure out what was going on in this area, and maybe reveal to him exactly where he was. Placing his clawed hands onto the edge of the skylight, he lifted it open, and paused.
