The city of Atlanta has come up with a contract agreement to bring Women's basketball into the city of Atlanta, Georgia next season. Congratulations to the city of Atlanta!

Honestly, why the WNBA gave an expansion team to Atlanta? Atlanta must be one of the worst sports city ever. The Hawks, Braves, Trashers rarely sellout, so I doubt that a WNBA team would have a huge success there.
Maybe Kansas City should have been a better expansion city, since they are trying to get a team there and they got a brand-new arena. |

Or possibly Oklahoma City. Look how they supported the Hornets in their stint there. But maybe this team can bring some life back to Atlanta sports. Your right though, the Braves have been struggling and all the other teams rarely sell out. Georgia Tech might be the best team in that city.

Unfortunately they don't play topless, so the sport still is struggling.
