So, does this mean Cleveland's Game 4 win is tainted? rolleyes.gif

The bigger question is what effect, if any, this has on the team going into tonight's game. The timing of this breaking news couldn't be much worse for the Tribe.

And not to bring religion into this story (but you sort of can in this case) did God tell him it was okay to take HGH? Read the link inside the HGH story--he's supposed to be releasing a book called The Free Byrd Project, in which "Byrd took some time to talk about some of the topics he'll cover in his book, including his struggles with pornography, cheating, and sharing his faith with the media and clubhouse mates, and to discuss how religion can unify and, at times, divide a clubhouse." Might have to make an addendum to that publication, Paul.

Even worse, I think his whole life is tainted. Love that he mentioned Canseco by name.

I am worried that he gets in the game tonight. We strugle with PED users in Game 7s of an ALCS. Thank God we root for the squeaky clean Boston Red Sox.

Asked about Rodriguez's reaction to the injury -- he writhed in obvious pain for nearly five minutes before being led off the field -- Jeter said, "He always acts like that when he gets hit."

Just thought I'd mention that Buster Olney on the ESPN News loop predicted 5-4 Indians saying "The quiet kid from Georgia gets it done." I'm assuming he meant Westbrook, but thanks for really being clear.

Do you mean really being clear or really being cream, Mac? Sorry, trying to keep the theme of the thread going. rolleyes.gif

This comes from Gordo, so I give it credence. I wonder how his Orioles teammates and bosses will feel about this. But it worked with Bill Mueller, so...

Kevin Millar will throw out the ceremonial first pitch tonight.

Cowboy up, y'all. rolleyes.gif

Millar is a free agent. I wonder if this is tampering as the free agent negotiation period has not yet begun.

At this point Millar has done everything but stand outside Fenway with a "will play for free" sandwich board. He wants to come back in the worst way.

Cliff: That's enough Normie, I'm waiting for an apology.

Norm: Great I'll drop it in the mail, that way I know you'll never get it.

Mike B is right!
