Steel In Motion "Hot Rods & Guitars" Open to Pre-70 Traditional Hot Rods, Gassers, FEDs and Customs. No Camaros or Mustangs No billet wheels or plus size pro-touring wheels. This is an old school show... Open to any year Custom Bobber or Chopper. Grudge style drag racing. No lights, just an old school drop of a flag by flag girls. Rosin powder launches to get those tires sticky like they did in the 60s. Vintage mini bike show and drags. Live bands. Pinstripers Vendors Swap Meet Silent auction to benefit the USO. Support our troops! Free overnight camping. BYOB event Gates open at 9 am on Saturday Registration $15, Spectators $5 Pre-Party Friday, May 18th at the track w/overnight camping and live music. Gates open at 4 pm on Friday 300 cars from 7 states were in attendance last year and we expect a larger turnout this year! We have a great addition being added to the event on Friday night!
Cackle Crawl That's right, the rides with engines that are capable of making the hair stand up on the back of your neck and give you goose bumps (you know the one's)will make an idle pass down the dragstrip Friday night!!! This will end the Friday night activities and bring on the anticipation to Saturday's grudge racing! |

You might want to go to Cruisin Carolina Magazine and add this to Event Submission: http://www.cruisincarolinamagazine.com/con...vent-submission Alot of local fellas go here to find all the local car show/crusins in the NC/SC area. I told alot of guys about the event and should be a good year this year. We should be there Sat if it doesn't rain or if something doesn't come up. Sorry we missed out last year.
