1. General
I. No spamming (means posting nonsense or posting the same thing over & over again). The only spam allowed is in the forum games section, and even that really can't be considered 'spam'.
II. No flaming (insulting somebody), bashing (insulting something), trolling (posting with intent to flame or bash), baiting (intentionally stirring up other users), offensive, or harmful posts/private messages. This isn't WWE, thank you very much! Basically, play nice in the sandbox.
III. Do not back seat moderate (pretending you are staff or correcting a member's mistake). Staff will handle the situation, kthanx.
IV. Read the information in the Jedi Handbook section before registering.
V. For the love of all things good in this world, no tiny text! Colors are also banned. Just don't people, just don't. The only exception is in plotting pages! If the Admins have to even squint to read your post, then all chaos will run amok in your front yard!
2. Your Account Settings
I. Your avatar/signature should be related to your character in some way.
II. Your signature should be no wider then this box, or so tall that it disrupts topic viewing. Please refrain from using 100px x 100px icons. We would appreciate it if you used 200px x 200px icons, but this is not required. Small banners are accepted.
III. Do not register with a user name! Register with a first & last name in proper caps. Made a mistake? No problem, kiddies. We'll fix it - just PM a staff member.
IV. No advertising in your signature! Otherwise, the Admins will get out their lightsabers and cut you in half! (We already have an Advertising section, just use that).
5. Role Playing
I. Do not godmode (controlling another user's character) or powerplay. This is generally a rule that applies to all forms of role playing, so we should all know it by this point (right? right?!). Anyone who does not abide by this rule will be warned.
II. You may only take two canons. No more! There are a lot of them, yes, but that doesn't give you the right to take more than the max number given.
III. This is an literate - advanced site. Don't meet up to that standard? Well, then close the door on your way out! And for goodness sake, role play like an advanced role player! If we catch anyone not abiding by this rule, then you will be PMed with a warning. Three times, and you're out! We don't want to be all elite on you guys, so be good, and we can have a Sith Cookie party! |
