Bakura is a small, pastoral planet on the outskirts of known space, just outside Moddell Sector. Bakura was the site of the truce between the Galactic Empire and the New Republic. Bakura was also the site of the Battle of Bakura against the reptilian Ssi-Ruuk which used the life essences of their human captives to power their war machines.
During the war with the Yuuzhan Vong, the Ssi-ruuvi Imperium attempted to assimilate Bakura through deceit. The timely rebellion by the Ssi-Ruuvi servants the P'w'ecks saved the day, but it was merely a plot by the Vong to defeat the Ssi-Ruuk.
Bakura's only native sentient species is the Kurtzen, although its most populous sentient species is human. They are also known for their repulsorlift industry, though the people are quite distrustful of droids.

Bespin is a fictional planet in the Star Wars universe. It is featured in Episode five, Star Wars:The Empire Strikes Back over which the floating city Cloud City hovers suspended by an antigravity pod. Bespin is also a major source of tibanna gas, which is refined for production and transport in Cloud City and used in the production of starship blasters. It is home to several million individuals including humans and Ugnaughts.
The planet Bespin is a gas giant that is about 118,000 kilometers in diameter. Like most gas giants, it has a solid core made of metal followed by layers of metallic gases. Most of the layers of gas are poisonous, and the pressure and temperature are far above what a human could tolerate. But from approximately 150 to 180 kilometers down from space there is a habitable layer known as the Bespin Life Zone. This layer has an oxygen atmosphere with the temperature and pressure that makes it ideal for human life. It is in this layer that Cloud City is located. Like most gas giants, Bespin has a number of moons. Bespin has a 12 hour day, and completes an orbit around its sun about every 14 earth years (10220 Bespin days).

Bogden is an uninhabitable world with several moons, one of which is home to the headquarters of the death-obsessed cult, the Bando Gora (Kohlon - the "moon of the dead"). It is on this moon where Count Dooku (under the name Darth Tyranus) recruited Jango Fett to assassinate Komari Vosa in a test to ensure he was suitable template for the republic army's cloning subject. The entire Bogden system is overrun by criminal fugitives and smugglers. Bogden's moon is, as the name implies, a swampy, boggy, mucky terrained world.

Geonosis Much of this planet's architecture is similar in appearance to termite mounds, consisting of domes and buildings built into caverns and rock spires. Therefore, one could easily mistake Geonosian buildings for natural formations and the planet itself for uninhabited. This was the site of the battle that started the Clone Wars.
