Has currently held the Tag Team Championship with the Flame since September 2003 - reluctantly teamed up after their names were drawn out of a hat, won the titles at EWA Rumble in the Jungle, since then they have defended the titles nine times and look to be the most unstoppable tag team in EWA history.

Taz started to feud with his former protege Monoxide, originally challenging him to a Last Man Standing Match in his retirement match at Titanic, but due to Monoxide already defending the World Championship that night against Xavier Lee, Mark "Generation" Rock stepped in, defeating Taz in his retirement match at Titanic V in the Toronto Skydome.
Taz now returns for one night only at EWA's Revival event...his former Tag Team Championship partner the Flame being particularly interested in either fighting with him, or fighting against him...what will happen between this once great tag team?
Entrance: “I don’t need a weapon…my hands are my weapons!” comes the song with the near-psychotic drone of the guitars buzzing out power chords. The familiar onslaught of Harry Slash and the Slashtones’ “Survive (If I Let You)” rings out clear as white fog pumps out in the entranceway. The crowd goes wild as they await the Human Suplex machine to come out and give them yet another amazing match filled with his unique style. A sea of black and orange t-shirts is seen as the orange lighting passes over the organic wave of people jumping up in down in undying anticipation. Right at the climax of the song, Taz slowly emerges from the thick fog and walks to the ramp as the sound of the crowd rises to a deafening cacophony. He walks around the ring with his trademark towel wrapped around his head, looking all about him at the cheering fans. He flicks the sweat off of his right wrist with his left and the crowd eats it up, cheering even more as he wipes his feet on the apron. He climbs through the ropes and takes a few steps towards the center of the ring. The crowd seems to lean forward as one, waiting for what he will do next as the energy courses all throughout the vaulted room. With a slight smirk of confidence on his face, Taz hurls his arms up into the air and the room erupts into a frenzy of ecstasy. He turns slightly to each side and takes it all in for a moment before hurling his towel down in the corner and crossing his arms to wait for his opponent.
