As stated in my topic within the members application forum, Ruthless is reopened for business.
However, as I also stated, the first week is completely relaxation and letting people return to Ruthless. After the first week, I and the clan should be prepared for recruiting. Over the next week, I will be working to improve the forums, through fun topics and better organization. Also, the graphics sector will be getting some additions.. (Banners, signatures, recruitment topics, etc.). So, relax and chillax, Ruthless is going to become the ownage clan once again.
