Begging; Do not beg or otherwise ask for free money/items. This also includes Real-life begging. Violation of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

IV. Content

Content of harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise offending nature is strictly forbidden. If you see another user violating this rule, you have the right to report their post. Violation of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

V. Flaming

Flaming; Degrading insults or arguments that are intentionally made to offend someone. Flaming happens when a conversation crosses over into a argument and people start intentionally offending each other. Violation of this rule can result in immediate warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

VI. Images

Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise images of offending nature are strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspensions.

VII. Spam

Stupid, pointless, annoying, messages. This includes one word replies, or inappropriate advertising without permission. Violate of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

VIII. Runescape Rules

Runescape rules apply. Examples of Runescape rules are real-world item trading, account sharing, etc. If proven guilty of violating Runescape's Rules, will result in violation of this rule. Violation of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

XI. Staff Decisions

Do not question the Ruthless Staff. If you feel Staff Member(s) are unfairly abusing their powers, contact a Administrator (Providing proof of course.). If you disagree with a Staff Member's decision, maturely tell them. If you're found arguing, cursing, or otherwise offending Staff Member's you will be in violate of this rule. Violation of this rule can result in warning(s), and/or suspension(s).

Maximum signature dimensions is 250height * 550width.
Maximum file size is 200kb.
Maximum lines of text is 5 lines.
Maximum Avatar dimensions is 100height * 100width.
Images of pornographic, obscene, or offending nature will be removed.
Use of Copyrighted image(s) will be removed.
