BUTTERFLIES!Introduction:Butterflies; you've probably seen them in and around RuneScape, just fluttering around looking pretty. However with the addition of Hunter to RuneScape, butterflies became more useful. There are four main butterfly species that I will cover, the ones caught using hunter. They provide a useful boost to another player's combat stats, which is quite helpful.
Types of Butterflies:I. Ruby Harvest
This little charm is caught in the Picatoris Hunting Area, south of the Picatoris Fishing Colony, and west of the Gnome Stronghold.
It gives a fancy 5% boost to your attack. They take 15 hunter to catch.
II. Sapphire Glacialis
This one is caught in the Rellekka Hunting Area, north-east of Rellekka, and north of the Keldagrim Entrance.
It gives a handy 5% boost to your defence. They take 25 hunter to catch.
III. Snowy Knight
These little beauties are caught in the Rellekka Hunting Area, alongside the Sapphire Glacialis (above).
They confer a 5% hitpoints boost, acting as a healing butterfly, quite useful if you're about to die. They take 35 hunter to catch.
IIII. Black Warlock
Ah yes, the Piste De Resistance, the Black Warlock. They are caught in the Feldip Hills Hunting Area, south of Yannille, South of Gu'Tanoth, south of everything basically.
Arguably the most useful of all butterflies, they bestow a 5%
strength boost. Which is handy if you want to hit harder.. However they take 45 hunter to catch, which may take a while.
A Handy TipButterflies can only be used on other people, in a multi-combat area. You cannot use them on yourself.Credits:
