Maybe its all the turkey I keep eating, or the low total calory intact I have, or the boiled eggs.... I know if I eat 10 boiled egg whites or whatever it was I did one time, I get extremely sleepy. But I haven't had many eggs at all, just turkey, and I'm still sleeping an aweful lot. More than 12 hours a day surely isn't normal. Maybe just mental stress, or exhaustion from dreams. -------------------- Wolf Dreamer

Even going without turkey or eggs for a time didn't help. I still am exhausted all the time.
Its either SAD or Narcolepsy or maybe both to blame. I can't remember if I'm exhausted even during the summer, but I think I am. But I get very little sunlight, so it might be the lack of vitamin D. I'm not paying 200 dollars or more for one of those magical lights that make your winter sadness go away though. I just started taking my all purpose vitamins which contain vitamin D along with other things in it them instead. But I read that it won't do any good unless I get the D in a massive dose, but that too much can kill you because the chemically synthasized stuff isn't the same as what you would get from your body somehow magically reacting with sunlight. Lot of voodoo science mixed in with all of this. I don't like being tired all the time. I'm thinking there is a fairly good chance of it being narcolepsy from what I read. Or it could be caused by anxiety. Going to try to remember to look into that more later on. -------------------- Wolf Dreamer
