Caramel coloring is super evil apparently. Be wary of this additive less it one day destroy you.
QUOTE
caramel color is produced commercially by heating sugar and other carbohydrates under strictly controlled conditions for use in sauces, gravies, soft drinks, baked goods and other foods.

And from this other website listing why Soft drinkes are pure evil

QUOTE
Many soft drinks contain caramel coloring to allow them to have their dark appearance.  The chemical polyethylene glycol is used to achieve this dark color.  Glycol is used in antifreeze. Scientists are concerned that this caramel coloring may be a carcinogen.

I got a dozen or so packs of sliced over roasted turkey yesterday, and the Butterball brand has caramel color added. I'm not sure if that has an effect on anxiety. I'll have to remember to pay attention to the labels next time, and get the other type. I eat it so fast, that taste doesn't matter.

Just remember, all coloring is apparently evil in one way or another, some more so than others.

If they'd only just let me eat through a tube in my vein, I'd be fine.

Yeah I heard something about that ages ago, always wary of it now, wonder if it also applies to caramel flavoured things. I adore anything toffee or caramel flavoured, except actual toffee.

I used to have a book which listed all the hideous chemicals you get in food and the possible effects of them, quite many were cancer causing possibly.

I've always been a fanatical reader of food labels, many foods are often rejected cos they have too many ingrdients. Aww my dog just came and made a nest on my pillow, she'll be growing feathers next. She has a false pregnancyand is producing milk for non existent puppies. She also refuses to return my socks to me, perhaps she thinks they are puppies too, i wish they were, feels maternal for puppies.

I wish it was possible to eat good food without evil spices which i loathe and without chemicals without having to cook the damm stuff. Almost every conveinience food has spice, this is to give it a flavour to make up for the lack of any real things like meat or veg in it. dry.gif

If i ever get rich i shall employ a cook who will provide me with instant food whenever i need it. cool.gif
