Rules:

Like all other forums, we have rules. Over time, rules may be added, changed or deleted as required.
Please be warned, these rules are here to make the web site enjoyable for everyone to visit.

-Asking questions is fine, ask questions in the Newbie Forum; it was specifically made for YOU. If you want to know about the forum in general or how to do something on the forum, than that is where you need to post your question.

The rules are broken down in to three (3) warning levels, plus common-sense rules:

Level 1:
You will be verbally (PM) warned for (No more than 2 warnings):

-Spamming or Overflow posting: Light spamming and posting in the wrong forum. We all make mistakes; if you post rubbish or unrelated topics in the wrong forum, you will only be warned on your first 2 offences. After that, we presume you are doing it with intent.
-Spamming is considered posts less than 4-5 words (Generally), posts of only a smiley or letters jumbled together. Also, posting in the incorrect thread/forum intentionally.
-Overflow posting- Is when the author is being creative, but posts multiple times without alowing others to post in between.

-Flaming: Provoking other users into flaming; generally being anti-social. We understand that flaming may happen by accident, but it is not an accident to create a topic on why you hate someone.
-Flaming is considered being rude, swearing at or attempting to belittle another member.

-Signature or Avatar Maximum:
Signature maximum is 500 x 150 pixels
Avatar maximum is 80 x 80 pixels. If you need assistance re-sizing your current sig/avy, please post a request in the “Graphics Request” board. Until your sig/avy are re-sized, do not post them.


Level 2:
You will be officially warned (You will receive only 1 warning):

-Spamming: Spamming as in advertising (both in topics and by PM), and extremely off-topic/pointless posts. Naturally, posting something with good intentions in the wrong place is acceptable - but blatant spamming of the forums will not be tolerated

-Flaming: This is plain and simple, unprovoked flaming such as bashing 'n00bs' or outright insulting someone for no reason at all.
-At this point, your post count will be halved. Flaming a third time and your account can be suspended (But not banned)

-Inappropriate language: You will be officially warned on your first offense, straight up. This site may be viewed by young children and we don’t need them repeating foul language at the dinner table that they saw posted here.


Level 3:
You will be banned:

-Spamming or Overflow posting: What can I say? You refuse to listen to the warnings or you are mass-Spam. If you flood the forums with nonsense, you will be banned, no questions asked.

-Racism: Racism is not accepted, it will not be tolerated, period.

-Inappropriate language: Again, you refuse to listen to warning, or you go out on a tirade that would make a sailor blush.

-Pornographic material: Posting either pornographic material/pictures or links to pornographic sites. Again, children may see, we don’t want to corrupt anybody’s little brother.


-Addional rules for ban:
- Harassing, threaten or flaming the staff on or off the forums.
- Impersonating any members (using their accounts without permission). You will not destroy someone’s reputation.
- Posting deceptive links to boost your referral rating on other websites (i.e.: that 'out war' place, pay-per-click ad sites, porn sites, etc.)!
- Ignoring PM warnings



Final Rules not part of three (3) levels (Otherwise known as common-sense):

- No Bumping/reviving Threads: At this point, you will just be asked politely not to do it again, if it turns in to a severe issue we will consider making it part of the 3 levels of warnings.
-If you don’t know what bumping/reviving is, it is when the final post of a thread is more than 10 days old, and then you still post.

-Edit your posts: Everyone has the ability to edit his or her own posts, if you forget something or want to change your post, try not to double post.

-No Advertising- Please don't advertise other forums. If you wish to post a website, please get the ok from a Admin or mod.
-If you do not know what advertising is, it is when you post the url (web address) to another site.

- Please make sense of your posts, post in the correct forum and post in English.

-Any deletion or closing of a post or topic can be gladly taken up with and admin, though you may be contacted before hand as to why it is (or will be) deleted.


-Do Not Ask To Be A Mod! We will contact you if interested.
