Below are a number of screen grabs taken from the CGI cutscenes of Crisis Core. Please be warned they may contain spoilers. Feel free to use any of these images are you avatars or display pictures e.t.c but if you are planning to use them on another site, please give credit to this forum.
Any members wishing to add thier images to this collection are welcome at anytime. I will add more as i get them.

Is the movie or game or w/e out yet?

Its a game for the PSP and it is currently only out in Japan though it is due for a release sometime later this year of early next year in America.

I have a few more screen grabs to upload as i now have the complete CGI cutscenes from the game. There are 9 in total though two of them are direct copies from Advent Children involving Sephiroth in Neiblheim and the JENOVA stand. I'll also have the soundtrack by the end of the week so watch this space. Any requests for shots, i'll do my best to get them uploaded asap.

I just read the entire story man.... It's twisted.... Genesis was infused with G-cells, he starts degenerating goes and turns his back on Shinra. Sephiroth, Angeal, and Zach are sent after him. Angeal has some S-cells in him and he has two right white wings. The Nibelheim incident where Sephiroth learns he's got J-cells infused in him, making him an 'ancient'. Zach takes on Sephiroth, loses, Cloud takes on Sephiroth and drives him back. Hojo gets ahold of them and infuses them with S-cells. Genesis comes looking for them because the S-cells are the only way to stop his degeneration. Theres more but dang... Theres like an entire book hidden in there. You see Genesis in Advent by the way I think.

Genesis appears at the end of Dirge of Cerebrus, after Weiss dies (he's his brother). Thats pretty much the story though, apart from what we already know about Cloud, Zack and Sephiroth during the Neilbheim incident. Sephiroth burns down Cloud's 'hometown' in a range after he mis-interrprets the JENOVA reports, leading him to beleive that he is an Ancient, but he will never learn the truth, that he isn't, because Cloud kills him by throwing from the walkway in the Nibel Reactor.
More grabs coming soon, only i'm a cutscene missing so will have to find out which one it is.

The last picture of the post before of yours. His sword hilt looks different from the buster sword. I take it, it was his orignal sword before angeal gave it to him?

Thats right. Zack inherits the Buster Sword from Angeal after the Wutai War. Genesis is played by the J-Rock singer Gackt in Japan, which will be interesting when it gets dubbed. At least Zack's voice is pretty cool, as heard in Advent Children when Cloud returns to the lifestream at the end.

Zack and Angeal look alot alike, and i'm not just talking about their clothing. Angeal looks like an older Zack.

Angeal is what Cloud was MEANT to look like in Final Fantasy VII. He was changed to make him more rememberable. I don't think FFVII would have been half as good if Cloud didn't look how he does now.

Yea, that makes sense. Cause Zack and Cloud look a lot alike as well, only real difference is hair style and color.

I suppose at the time, the fact that they looked alike was just to make Cloud's past make sense, and the fact that he has been living Zack's life since his death. Cloud promises Zack that he will live out both their lives, but does Cloud somehow absorb Zack's memories while they are in the Shin-Ra mansion together being experimented on, or does he try so hard to live out Zack's life for him, that he simply forgets who he is? Does Cloud's connection to JENOVA have something to do with it? We'll have to wait and see i guess.

Most likely so. I'll edit this post later tomorrow morning and add a few more grabs. I've got some of the Sephiroth x Angeal x Genesis battle and the opening, as well as a video to post of the Crisis Core Remixed version of Pure Heart which is beautiful.
