Name: Ginevra Molly Weasley
Age: Fifteen House: Gryffindor Appearance: With long fiery red hair and vivid brown eyes, Ginny has been graced with the typical Weasley looks. Although her skin is fairly pale, freckles lighten her porcelain coloured skin. They seem to be even more apparent during summer, for the sunshine’s rays make them brighter. The resemblance between the Weasley family members is extremely obvious, but Ginny seems to be the younger feminine replica of the twins. Her rather short height as well as her facial expression is what make her so much like Fred and George. Although she does get to have new clothes every now and then (she is the only girl and therefore cannot recycle everything her siblings wore), Ginny is not the extravagant type of girl and would much rather stick to the traditional style which fits her better. Personality: Over the years, Ginny’s persona has gradually transformed. She used to be fairly timid, but she no longer has the problem of speaking her opinion. She is an awfully stubborn person (like most of the Weasleys) and always backs up her point of view. She seems to have a thing for arguing, for she is quite convincing. Maybe it is the fact that she has a lot of talent in acting or simply because her ideas are persuasive; she honestly doesn’t know. The youngest daughter also doesn’t lack of courage and never hesitates to help her friends, no matter what the consequences might be. She is, as a matter of fact, a very sweet and friendly person; she has just enough confidence not to let other people step onto her. In addition, Ginevra has a good sense of humour and often abuses of her ‘baby of the family’ title to act childishly. The twins did have an influence on her, for she likes to pull pranks on her friends and family every once in awhile. She also manages to get more than decent grades without actually having top marks at every test. She is intelligent; she merely doesn’t spend that much time on her studies. Actually, she is a big procrastinator, but she always finds a way to get her things done on time. Well, she practically always finds a way out of every situation, anyways. History: Ginevra Molly Weasley was born on August the eleventh, 1981, to Molly Prewett and Arthur Weasley. She is the youngest child out of a total seven and also is the only girl. Being the youngest, her parents as well as her brothers always felt the need to be extremely protective of her. When she was still a little girl, she has to admit she appreciated having several brothers to look out for her, but she has grown to despise the over-protectiveness of her siblings, especially Ron's. RPG Sample [150+ words in character]: Outside, the sky had gotten darker and darker as the hours passed. The trees that easily could have been seen several minutes ago were currently barely noticeable. Not too long before, anyone who would have been near the Hogwarts’ grounds would have heard the students expressing themselves loudly and laughing just as noisily. But now, everything was calm and peaceful; only the wind blowing against the leaves could be heard. Sighing gently, Ginny sat up from where she had previously been lying and observed the night sky from the stable’s tiny and rather old window. Finally, she was alone. A slight victorious smile made its way to her lips as she passed her fingers through her vivid red hair to take out the small pieces of hay. As she did so, she continued to discreetly glance outside, waiting for one person to show; the stable man. If she wanted her plan to work without being caught, the fifteen-year-old girl needed the employee to check quickly inside the stable and lock it behind him. That way, she would have the time to hide while he was making sure nothing was abnormal and then, when the guy was gone, she would only have to unlock the wooden door from inside to leave with her favourite black horse. No, she wasn’t going to steal; Ginny would only borrow the horse. She perfectly knew that she didn’t have to do all that complicated plan, for during the day, the students were allowed to ride the horses when the stable man was accompanying them. She had always wanted to try at night time and plus, it was the fact that she was not supposed to be doing it that was making it interesting. Bang! A loud noise interrupted her in her thoughts and immediately caught her attention. The door was wide open and the man she had been waiting for had obviously entered because she could hear the hay cracking under someone’s feet. “Merlin…” she muttered very lowly as she threw herself behind the nearest hay bundle. The footsteps did not, however, get closer to where she was hiding and soon enough, she figured that he had not noticed her presence. She was even more convinced when she heard him mumble the locking charm and close the door. Phew…that was close, she mused. She waited another couple of minutes and, when she judged she was safe, she stood up and headed towards a horse. The animal was as white as snow and it obviously wasn’t the one she was looking for. If she hadn’t been as cautious, she would have taken out her wand and used the ‘lumos’ charm to see where she was going. However, she knew that it would have frightened the horses and probably would have alerted the stable man. “Ah, there you are,” she whispered as her eyes locked on a dark coloured horse, “Ready for a ride?” Very Very nice, welcome!!! --------------------  |
