1. This is an RPG site for Kids and Adults alike... so lets keep the swearing down people. I know that four letter word is popular but lets keep it off my site. Thanks.

2. Keep in character, please. ESPECIALLY if you are Cannon.

3. I don't want to see polls all over the place about which guy from the books you think is cutest or who is your favourite character. There is a board for polls and other OOC stuff... so use it please.

4. NO GODMODING!!! Meaning: Don't make someone do/say anything they don't want to. Let them control their own character, please.

5. You may have more than one character as long as they are active. You may have 5 at most. Any more... and that is over doing it. Sorry. If you want to delete a character, please contact Headmistress James or one of the other Admins via PM.

6. No spamming. I don't want to see posts for the sake of increasing your post number. Its just annoying, and causes the mods or myself to delete it and your post count to go down... so why bother?

7. Okay... I know you all like to flirt and whatever on the site... but once again I will mention the PG rating... stick to it please. No nudity in your signatures, avatars or in writing.

8. This is a Harry Potter RPG. Please, no LOTR, Buffy, Matrix, etc. Please keep your character Harry Potteresque. Also no Veelas, Werewolves, Metamorphmagus or any other creature special to the HP world... Unless you ASK ME FIRST!!! Once again... VIA PM... no emails please.

9. Please try not to double-post. Use the modify button, that's what it's there for!

10. All characters shall have proper names, meaning a first and last name, that are realistic. If your name is cutie1234567, you might want to consider changing it, as that will not be tolerated.

11. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact a staff member.

12. You may use one of the Actors pictures ONLY if you are a cannon character. IE: Emma Watson's picture for Hermione Granger, Daniel Radcliffe for Harry Potter and so on.

13. Be active. Please remain as active as possible. Imagine if your topic can't continue because the other person simply disappeared. No good right? So stay active.

14. Only roleplay when you have posted in the Sorting Hat. Wait for approval before roleplaying. You are allowed to post in the OOC forums before then but nowhere else.

15. Signature size must not exceed 400 (width) by 200 (height). Oversized images will be removed.

16. Check for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors. The edit button is your friend.

17. Dying of characters is NOT allowed. Unless approved by Me. No exceptions.
