Lotus Exige - Project

Ok I will be starting work on a new project soon, poly modelling a Lotus Exige. It's going to be an on and off project so expect to see bits & bobs being posted.

So far I'm still trying to find some up-to-date Exige blueprints however at the moment I'm having to use a Lotus Elise blueprint set an old Exige blueprint and a 2006 Exige side view only blueprint.

I've got myself a nice set of reference pictures from the 2005-2007 range of Exiges that should be rather helpful in construction.

I'm hoping to get it look like the new Lotus Exige GT3 concept although I will render out a variety of colour schemes.

Ok I postsponed [sp?] this project due to not having up-to-date blueprints but I'm hoping to get lucky and see if Lotus may send them me. I've sent them an email saying I'm doing a student project and plan to model the vehicle.

If not I'm going to have to use older Exige & Elise blueprints and modify my model using literal reference imagery of the GT3

This project has kinda been sidelined due to me being more enthusiastic about a new one I dreamed up ahha. It will continue though as I want it as a portfolio piece. My new project is abit more original that's why I'm more focused on it.
