In order to make sure we have a variety of powers on the site instead of everyone gravitating towards the same five abilities, we are establishing a cap on psychic character groups. At this time, we are allowing two of each psychic group, until the ranks have been sufficiently filled, at which time we'll open a new spot for each group until filled, and so on as needed. Now, if you want to be part of a psychic group that is already full, we will put you on a reserve spot. Then, when we open the new group, your character will have their powers awaken and become part of the psychic community.
