Overall History: Born half American, one fourth British and one fourth Japanese, Jayden took mostly after her mother's dark haired pale beauty. They had three homes, one in the US, one in Japan, and one in London. Her mother was the US Ambassador to Japan, which is where she'd met her husband, a translator, many years earlier. She consequentially learned Japanese, and they have taught their children both Japanese and English, as well as bits of Italian, French, Spanish and Russian so that they can get by in those places. Her mother became a very influential ambassador, in no part due to her minor usage of her powers as a pusher. However, as an ambassador and person of great import, it kept her safe from division since she was too publicly known, and thus her family was as well.

However, that doesn't mean division didn't pester them, and keep a very close eye out for any opportunity to take them. They were always aware of that, and thus taught their children everything they could so that when the time came that they weren't protected, they'd be able to fend for themselves. Jayden was enrolled in many martial arts classes from the time she was young, teaching her the importance of defense and offense. Despite this, she was a happy girl, seemingly completely normal despite the fact that both her parents and brother were psychics. Her brother often jumped her places with him, and together they explored the world. He spoiled her rotten, taking her anywhere she wanted to go for the slightest thing, as he was only two years older than her they had many adventures.

It was in junior high that she finally understood her pull for electronics. She'd always been happier playing with toys that had some electrical input than the normal stuffed animals ever since she was a baby. It wasn't until she really started using computers that she understood her abilities with them were far beyond normal people's. She began to take a keen interest in electronics, and to develop her powers. Her brother jumped her to programming conferences and anything that had a plug inventions for two years, and she began to be able to truly control her abilities. Still, she kept it quiet, but she began to feel so much more, to feel the electronics around her, to control them, change, read things she shouldn't... she began to tamper. Isamu and her began to have more adventures, often jumping with very nice sports cars and driving through endless stretches of road at high speeds, including off of cliffs like the grand canyon and jumping elsewhere right before they hit the ground.

It was shortly after that that her mother was released as an ambassador. They stayed in tokyo, but things were taking a turn for the worst. The Division began to move subtly, since they were still something of celebrities due to the huge success and prosperity that she had negotiated. So thus, the yakuzo started to move. Using the Japanese mafia, they began to harass them. It was then that Jayden got a reputation for being one of the fiercest fighters, because in order to keep her parents, who weren't fighters, and her brother who hated it, from getting hurt, she'd patrol the street outside without her family knowing. She beat down many thugs with ruthless brutality, letting her anger engulf them. She became known as the Bloody Whirlwind, because of the grace and beauty she moved with and the deadly efficiency with which she took care of them.

It wasn't enough, however. It just showed division that they needed to get serious. Her family however, decided to leave the country for a while. Booking a private jet, they prepared to fly out to London. Not liking the plane, Jayden had Isamu jump her ahead once they were inside, and he jumped back to stay with their parents while she kicked back in the little hotel they'd rented. The jet never made it to London, having crashed somewhere into the sea on the way. The plane was found, but it seemed the bodies were taken away by the water... or the division. She knew they were behind it, but since she had remained unremarkable, they didn't care that she hadn't been with them for whatever reason. They had used their own jumpers and pushers to take her family away.

Knowing she couldn't stand against the division on her own, instead, she sought to bide her time and find them in the future, if she could. She didn't know which division even had them, or where they were held. So she changed her records, using her old ones and getting hold of a machine secretly after hours to make a perfect replica with the name Akira Smith, nice and generic. She manipulated bank accounts with ease and got herself into a prestigious private school, manipulating the records enough so that there were few questions asked about her family. She remained there for her high school years, doing remarkably well, considering all she had to do was have her laptop and she could access all the information from the tests without blinking. It was marvelous. She got tapped as an extraordinary programmer within a year after her graduation, and worked there through college, graduating a six year course in a year and a half.

Since then, she's become a full time brilliant computer programmer, who continues to baffle her coworkers by putting only the normal amount of time in when they have to do overtime, and always presenting superior, perfect work, though she always had time to help them so they still really like her and appreciate her as part of their accepted community. Thus, she spends most of her free time out socializing, in truth searching for information about division and trying to find her parents.
