I agree with the label of horror book for Deadpool. The panel where they pan back and you see a more gruesome look for Reed was very powerful.

I built Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe up WAY too much into my head, thinking it was going to be more disturbing than it actually was. Not gruesome or bloody, but thought it would come across a bit more disturbing. Now, all that being said, it is a mixed bag for me, but there are some really wonderful elements I enjoy about it that I was not expecting.
One that I should have expected, and was not surprised once it happened, was the breaking of the 4th wall. Very typical Deadpool but don't in a much more ominous way. The second issue plays it up a bit more. In fact, it seems to be a lot of the reason he is doing what he is doing.
