I dig E3 time for no other reason that the awesome, balls-out, game trailers and game play videos that start making the rounds. I've already set the DVR to record a handful of the coverage on Spike and watched the pre-show episode of GT.TV this morning.

Holy smokes! I urge you to go check out a few.

http://www.gametrailers.com/

Tomb Raider just keeps looking more and more intense. Although I'm sure hearing her moan, scream, cry in pain, huff, puff and grunt could get annoying. Wow, that wasn't creepily sexual sounding at all.

Guardians of Middle Earth has a fantastically beautiful cinematic trailer. But I don't know where I stand with a LotR fighting game. It's an odd choice to me. I would much rather have a follow up to War in the North.

Dishonored Wait. What? Never heard of it. But this gameplay trailer has me thrilled beyond belief. What is this? What's going on? Bloody. Visceral. Looks great.

Those are the stand outs for me. The new Star Wars might be cool. Might be.

I agree, I read the website for the game, though, and it seems a little more interesting than a standard Street Fighter-type game. It's 5 on 5 and I believe the teams are meant to be co-op and you can level up and stuff between rounds. Not sure if skills/stats are progressive, that'd be neat.

Still, I'd rather War in the North 2

I am looking forward to seeing:

GTA V
Spec Ops: The Line
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Dishonoured
Dead Space 3
Halo 4
Gears of War 4 / 0 (whatever)
Star Trek: The Game
Aliens: Colonial Marines
Hitman Absolution
Tomb Raider
Metro: Last Light
Far Cry 3
Sleeping Dogs

I will be checking out the live Microsoft talk, hope that actually works, on past XBL experience I expect it not to work properly though, may have to switch to Game Trailers for their coverage instead.

I'm definitely curious to see what they show with Halo 4 and Gears of War Judgement.

I can only take so much trailer and commercial watching, so E3 really is only interesting when people are presenting their goofy addresses. I'll probably watch the Microsoft conference if it really is live on XBL.

Madden with Kinect looked so slow no thanks.
Splinter Cell looked cool and how I would want Kinect integration.
Tomb Raider don't care.
FIFA don't care
Web browser don't care
360 glass or whatever it's called looks cool but suspect developers will utilize especially this late in console cycle this is beta for next gen I think.
RE 6 don't care but looks like Rainbow 6 with Qte's and slightly tankish controls so I'm curious. Also why would there be a train running during all that.
Nike + my fat ass isn't using it on my phone
Signal Studios game was a big tease
Twisted Pixel was a giant tease.
Dance Central don't care
ESPN sports stuff I will use not overly excited.
South Park whatever but I thought the story of them having to actually map the town because they usually cut to locales was funny
Black ops I stopped paying attention it is what it is
Halo 4 looks real good but I'm not a big fan. Also a little curious on why they went with aliens that are just a little different versions of covenant

The Kinect stuff that looked cool all shared the same thing in common... it only utilized the voice stuff.

Why can't they just put out a special headset so I could use that voice feature?

Splinter Cell is looking tight. In the gameplay video when he takes out that encampment of six guys in the very beginning? Oh crap, I wanna do that.

Tomb Raider gameplay has me more excited for that game than I originally was. It looks intense. Lara must have adamantium bones to survive the shit they put her through. If you like beating up girls, this games for you.

Borderlands. Doesn't matter what gameplay they showed. I'll play it. That Zero gameplay is nuts. He's pretty versatile.

Dance Central ... disco? Yes, please.

Halo 4 I'm probably the least excited about. Halo Reach spoiled it for me. I want co-op.

Assassin's Creed 3. My mind is reeling. Naval battles? Didn't expect that. Gimmie.

The Last of Us. Will this be on Xbox? Brutal murder simulator anyone? That young girl is hardcore, did you see her chuck a brick at that dudes head? I wanna hang around her.

Watch Dogs. Impressive. Not sure what is going on, but holy turds does it look good doing it.

Star Wars 1313. A dark, more adult, Star Wars game? I'm listening, cause that firefight and ship crash looks like a good time.

You dont even need a special one, voice commands was in Soccom on PS2 with the standard PSN mic, there really is no excuse for not being able to still use that tech a generation later.

Microsoft claimed in the past that devolopers don't have access to the api's on the headset. Just like in the past they could change the light colors on the ring but has since eliminated that.
