Fur color/pattern: Golden brown similar to a cougar, black tips on ears and tail, black socklets on forepaws/pawhands, rear paws; a white/creamy underbelly

Eye color: Right-Deep crystal blue, Left-Deep rich full brown

Build: Feline muscular/sleek

Overall look: Outwardly looks like a female felitaur, a smile that people not used to seeing it might frighten the occassional passer-by.

Notable marks: A single hyper-color (invisible to normal vision, use of a beta-ray to reveal it) bar code tattoo on hir right upper arm under hir fur, and a light burn mark on hir left foreleg shoulder of a horizon and half sun on it to signify hir name, Daylight

Personality:

Daylight its quite the budding social butterfly. Being the first natural born chakat of any research group on the planet has influenced this greatly. Back in the day, hir mother and sire had eight cubs, hir younger sisters born in pairs except hir youngest three sisters, hir mother had twins and hir sire had a single birth. What friends shi did have while growing up while at first weren't chakat's were the scientists studying hir and whoever shi could talk to while shi could sneak on-line at the secret base's computers connected to the internet.

As soon as shi was put together with another couple of parents from hir parents clan, shi began to blossom having hir cub-hood all over again. Other clans were soon added to the mix as other bases were closed. Soon shi was with several cubs hir own age who had gone through hir same life.

Shi had known the sense of wrong and right from an extremely early age. From seeing hir mother and sire mistreated by the head scientists. From watching hir sisters taken away from hir parents after they were born and not returned for weeks. Family is very important to hir, always has been. Losing hir family caused a great emotional trauma to hir. Shi's gotten by though while searching for others, tracking down hir friends online to be hir new family, to cope. While being alone however, shi seemed to find hirself, find a way to cope in the nature of the outback, the one place shi finds total solace in hir lost family.

Shi isn't just another sob story, shi can take care of hirself, something fierce in fact. Shi remains cool and calm, stone cold in the face of the the horror and pain shi's seen. Always ready to put hirself in front of anyone shi calls hir family. Always ready to be with family and defend them at all costs, fang, tooth, claw and nail. You will find, if you hurt hir friends and family, shi will find you. Those that hurt hir family, plan hir family's pain, provide instruments to hurt hir family, even watch hir family in pain, shi will kill you for not stopping it.

Shi is a gentle person though, valuing life, valuing love. Shi always loves to have fun and to play, reaching back to hir cub-hood of fond memories of good times past.

Abilities:

Empathy: Chakats have this special ability to feel the feelings of others, while this may not be rare, what is rare is the fact that shi can reverse that and project it onto others. If shi feels a friend who is extremely stressed and upset, shi can project calm feelings to them and this will help immensely. Due to this ability, it has made hir more level headed than most other people. It also serves as a very basic, yet very good lie detector.

Wildsense: If hir time alone, hunting for a home for hir sisters and the other cubs, taught hir anything, it would be to open up hir ears and listen. Shi can understand any wild animal almost completely. Along with this, shi can speak with other wild animals. Not a talent shi has quite perfected yet, but shi is learning. Shi specializes in large wild cats.

Weapons: With having been raised on a secret military installation, shi learned to use weapons. Every type of weapon on the planet to be specific. Disassembly, assembly, construction, trouble shooting, everything. However hir favorite weapon, is a compound heavy pull bow and arrows. Even though shi is partial to a medium/large calibur side arm at times.

Fix All/Construction: Shi has always been one to work with hir hands, and pawhands too. Shi was taught by a few of the marines attached to the security of the base shi was studied on. Next to that, shi can fix anything, and this has come in handy many times at the zoo. From fixing cages to completely redesigning and rebuilding bridges of which the public walks on. Even fixing and maintaining the vehicles and anything else that breaks in the zoo. Having been in a scouting program with hir base mates really helped. Plus watching every episode of MacGyver, ever.

Senses: All chakats have extremely sensitive senses. Shi can smell exceptionally well, about as good as a bloodhound but with added intelligence, it is better. The vision of a chakat is exceptionally good, from near or far the vision is pristinely sharp. Shi can see into the near ultra violet range (black light) and partially into IR range. Night vision is exceptionally good, in pitch black, while there are no colors, shi can see in excellent detail, and in low light total and complete color scheme. Shi can hear from about 15Hz to 75000Hz and usually with a volume of about -20db, equivilent to eyelid opening and closing or a heart beat.

Personality: Fun loving, at times childish. Will not voice hir opinion unless needed. Calm, and very observant, unless hir family is hurt. Shi will take over any situation when needed and has been leading the cubs of hir clan since the program to study hir kind was terminated; along with any adult chakat over the age of hirself in the entire program (however in other countries were similar programs were started, there are several adult chakats, especially in Austrailia, hir present day home outside of NGJP).

Weapons: Naturally hir fangs/teeth and claws. Hir forelegs/pawhands are exceptionally strong, crude, but strong if shi gets a hold of something or someone. Shi can use hir tail to help, but with fur, grabing objects would be a little slippery. Asside from the natural ones, shi will use any medium to large calibur sidearm, but shi especially prefers a strong pull compound bow and arrow.
Armor: If shi needs it, anything that shi can use.
Clothing : Chakats don't wear clothes. ((just kidding)) Shi will wear generally soft top halters or blouses, except in male phase (rut) when in which shi will wear a hooded sweater if not a plain T-shirt. Shi is not above dressing up formally, for formal shi favors a light blue/navy blue evening gown/dress that is fitted for a taur body. At home, shi like hir sisters and hir adoptive parents, clothes are optional, except in the presence of humans who like to see clothing rather than fur. Will cover up in a specially made clothing for exceptionally cold weather.

Personality: Fun loving, but goal orriented, occassionally single track minded. Calm, and very observant, often ghost like, taking in information and watching from the background, but not someone who is afraid from steping out into the normal light and being heard. Shi loves working with hir hands and loves deisgning things and has an incredible creative spirit.
Hobbies: Shi enjoys a good hunt and is decently, albeit not incredibly skilled with a bow and arrow. Shi really enjoys it mostly for the spirit of the hunt, and the sport of it. Shi does also enjoy target practice with hir 9mm pistol shi uses for protection from poachers. ((big animal. big pelt, big price))

Next to that, shi can fix most any of hir normal carpentry tools, plumbing tools and the normal problems that would come up for those kinds of feilds in the industry. Asside from that, if shi doesnt know it, shi'll look at it goofily until someone else fixes it.
Weapons: Naturally hir fangs/teeth and claws. Hir forelegs/pawhands are exceptionally strong, crude, but strong if shi gets a hold of something or someone. Shi can use hir tail to help, but with fur, grabing objects would be a little slippery.
Clothing: Shi mostly can be seen wearing hir hunting vest or a plain t-shirt or sweatshirt found in hir small backpack of about three outfits, mostly those extra shirts and sweatshirts or a boonie hat.
Items: Saddlebags, small backpack with two shirts and one sweatshirt, one very small one person hikers first aide kit, boonie hat, pocket knife, broken compass, and compressed plastic raincoat/poncho. Also has a bow with about 15 arrows, one 9mm pistol with approx four magazines full of ammo (approx 75 rounds overall). Black hunting vest.
