The City hall is like any city hall, a large, concrete building with the island flag in front of it. In the case of Naom's City hall, the flags are on either side of the door, hanging from the roofing. The doors seem locked though...

"It's been a long time" mumbled Bishop with a faint smile, not even really realising he'd done it. The smile quickly faded and the comment was forgotten as he looked around inside the entranceway.

Unfortunately, Bishop found the doors to the Hall were locked from the inside...

Bishop's adventure in the bushes produced an answer: There was a small window leading into the basement of the City Hall. The glass could easily be broken, and he could just fit in...

"Thanks" mumbled Bishop, before shaking his head. 'no idiot, don't thank the voice in your head, that reinforces the psychosis or something...'

He took the butt of his revolver to the window, trying to get all the glass out of it so that he wouldn't get cut on the way through.

Bishop managed to slip through unscathed, and found himself in the boiler room...

Bishop walked through the boiler room, keeping his revolver in his hand as he looked around.

There were no living bodies down here, but there did appear to be a couple of Bodies near one corner...
