I've had him for 2 years. He gets "swallowed" by the skimmer all the time, and I have to "fish" him out. But he's a trooper - still hanging in there, and he's survived the winters outside too!

I remember that I had said I used the ones from Lowes (brand Smartpond), which were made by the same company that makes Alpine brand lights. Was it you that had the problem with leaking lights?
