Lowes has hardy watelily plants for sale. Not sure if they are available at all Lowes stores but woud not hurt to check.
I bought a Almost Black. Ready to put in the pond. Comes with a pot, plant, soil and slow release fertilizer. Priced at $9.98. It already has a few starts so it is ready to go in the pond now.

Ashamed to say when I divided/re potted my lilies last month I tossed lots of tubers I could have shared including almost black. I hope you get multiple blooms mine has lagged behind the others in that aspect. This year I have raised it in the water column so maybe it will perform better. It's blooms are pretty special.

I won't yell at you but I sure would have loved to get some of those tubers.

Lowes had so many colors that it was hard to pick but when I saw the almost black the decision was made. I sure hope I do get at least a few blooms.

Good luck with yours.

I have one of Froggy's Almost Black in my pond. I had been wanting it for a long time. It did bloom for me last year and looking forward to more this year.

Another one that I got from him is JB (James Brydon) which flowers like crazy. If you have room it is one I would recommend.

I've whittled down my lilies to 6 :( I'm hoping I threw out the "right" ones.

I'm glad yours bloomed for you. I am keeping my fingers crossed mine does.

The picture of the flower on the package was so beautiful. Makes me want a bigger pond just so I can add more of the other colors that they had available.

Maybe we should encourage Froggy over to the swap meet just in case he has something else.
