Found these at the auction last week. It's amazing what a person can do with a few sticks. Once I get some landscaping done I think they will fit right in.

No one was interested in bidding so they were priced right.

I am not sure if the bench was finished or not but decided to leave it alone.



This one will look great once I can find the perfect plant.

I don't know where people get their ideas for this kind of stuff. I wish I had that kind of imagination to dream this up. Very simple idea and perfect for a pond area.

I agree T. Next time I cut limbs on the trees in the back yard I am going to have to think about repurposing them. They also had balls made of sticks at the auction. Those went for $85 for 10. All different sizes, the biggest about the size of a basket ball. Just a lot of sticks intertwined into a ball with a hollow center. They would have looked so neat around the pond mixed in the landscaping.

I just noticed a dragon fly in the picture with the bench. Went out this evening and he is still hanging around the pond.

I used to live where we had Concord Grape vines. I used to cut them and make wreaths out of them. You have to do them while they are green so they will bend. Oh and the grapes where great to have. Made everything you can think of from them. They where established 50 year old plants. I'm thinking maybe that's what your items are made from. Oh and I love that kind of stuff! Also we lived around the Amish country in western NY and they used to make a lot of these types of things that you could buy from them.

I love that bench! It is modern yet rustic. Perfect for a pond area.

You gave me a great idea Whisper. My daughter has wild grapes at her home. I think I could make the balls from them. I didn't realize what type of wood they used but I believe you hit the nail on the head. I wish I had a picture I could show you. The balls were just the neatest looking decorations.
