The Opinion Blogs developed as an idea for a place for teens to get active about politics. A forum was registered, and Politics Anonymous was born. It was open/online from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (US Pacific Time) on Thursdays. There was just one problem: Not many people showed up. PA shut down after a while, while the people behind the curtain thought up a new gimmick.....I mean scheme....err...plan. PA was to become "Speak Out!", a name that would, shall we say, not cause teens to flee from the thought of politics. However, the plans were altered, and the Opinion Blogs came into being.
This forum (Opinion Blogs) is a place for the Opinion Writers of the Granite Hills High School Grizzly Gazette to write down their opinons, thoughts, etc. Everyone is encouraged to register an account here to comment on the blogs. You don't have to attend Granite to participate. Everyone is welcome here. There is a catch though. In Joining the forum you are making a promise to abide by the Invisionfree Terms Of Service, and the rules of the Opinion Blogs. To ensure that the Gazette doesn't get into major bantha poodoo, every new account must be validated by the admin. Every regular member's posts WILL be approved by moderators before making it on the forum. Anyways, that's pretty much it. Thanks for reading, and abiding by the rules. Happy posting! :) -B01 |
