thanks for the advice chin, but all i was drinking before was maybe 3 or 4 beers once or twice a month. not enough to do any real harm but enough to miss.

I can quit soda but I enjoy beer more...

this is a good one I discovered a month or two ago...

The Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA and Anniversery beers are really good.
