It's quite poor. Don't have two moves of the same type on one pokemon. (unless they both have different effects)

Psychic > psybeam
Flamethrower > fire punch
Aerial ace > fly
Surf > Hydro pump.

Ember on your charizard?! NO! Never...
Vine whip and razor leaf on venusaur?! NO! Never. You need giga drain and sludge bomb.
Rage on blastoise?!.... I could go on for ages. Condsider what I've said so far, trust me, it'll make your team so much better.
