Fortree City — The Treetop City That Frolics With Nature.
The inhabitants of Fortree City live in treehouses. Residents of Fortree City get around by a system of rope bridges that hang in the treetops. Because of the physical exercise needed for such a lifestyle, everyone is healthy and lively. By preserving the natural environment in the area, people are able to live closer to wild Pokémon than in other towns. Sometimes wild Bug-type Pokémon fly in through windows, and wild Kecleon will block certain paths in the city. The extensive rainwater in the area saturates the soil and causes the trees to grow tall. This is how Fortree City's trees get so large.

Lilycove City is one of the sixteen cities of Hoenn. Lilycove is located southeast of Fortree, near the sea. The western entrance of the city is Route 121, leading to Mt. Pyre and the Safari Zone. It is the port city of Hoenn, housing many of the ships made in the shipyards in Slateport.

Sootopolis City — The Mystic City Where History Slumbers.
Sootopolis City is located inside a crater formed by a volcano. Many years ago, an underwater volcano erupted and forced itself up from the depths creating a crater, the hollowed volcano. Its crater emerged from the sea and became filled with rainwater. People soon started to dwell in the crater for its warm, fresh water and a city soon came forth. To get around the city, people have to climb many flights of stairs and dive under the sea. Because of this, many of the locals are in good shape. Sootopolis has a fantastic nighttime view, the stars peer in through the top of the crater.

Ever Grande City — The Paradise of Flowers, the Sea, and Pokémon.
Pokémon Trainers come here to battle the Elite Four of Hoenn after earning eight Gym Badges. With its steep cliffs, it is impossible to reach the city itself without possessing a Pokémon able to scale the high waterfall on the southern end of the city. High above the ocean, its slopes are lush with grass and flowers. The island is bisected by Hoenn's Victory Road, which runs through a large mountain at the center of the island.

Eterna City — History Living.
Eterna City is an older city, showing the signs of history. There is a rather large statue of an ancient Pokémon on the east side of town. The statue was once the main center of festivals in the town, although signs of the town's culture and rituals have started to slip away. Hearthome City — Warm & Kind.
Hearthome City is home to a Gym, the Pokémon Fan Club, and the Poffin House, among other things. Hearthome City started as a place where people and Pokémon gathered and grew into a center of commerce, and is consistently voted as the most desirable place to live in all of Sinnoh. Hearthome City is a child-friendly city, and there are many families and young mothers living there. Most of the buildings use elevators instead of stairs so that small children and Pokémon can move through the houses. There are prams strewn through the city. The citizens scrupulously keep their city clean.

Veilstone City — Hewn From Rock.
Veilstone is carved out of steep and rocky mountains, giving the city rock walls that project a cold atmosphere. It is fairly isolated and has little contact with other cities. Team Galactic also constructed the Galactic Warehouse and their headquarters, the Galactic Veilstone Building there. This city is also home to the Sinnoh region's Department Store, much like Celadon City in Kanto, Goldenrod City in Johto, and Lilycove City in Hoenn.

Pastoria City — The Marsh City.
Pastoria City is a city in the region of Sinnoh. It is also the home of the Sinnoh region's Safari Zone. It is a city on the edge of a giant swamp, known as the Great Marsh. The marsh was once part of the sea, which drained away over time leaving the marshland. There are rare Pokémon only found in the swamps.

Canalave City is a port city that is bisected by a canal. It has an air of exotic and foreign culture. Large ships are moored at the piers. In the old days, the port used to be a hub of cargo transportation. The Canalave Library has many books on Sinnoh myths. Sunyshore City — Solar Powered!
Sunyshore City is the location of the region's final Pokémon Gym. Sunyshore City is known as a major port town and the gateway to Sinnoh's Pokémon League. It is situated on a narrow spit of land bordered by the sea and the mountains. To make up for the lack of space, the city built solar panels to use for power and roads. There are suspended roads throughout the city that collect solar energy to power the city.

Pummelo Island is a tropical island in the north end of the Orange Archipelago. It is the final destination for Pokémon Trainers who wish to participate in the Orange League. You can see Pummelo Stadium on top of the island.

Ascorbia Island is a large island in the northeastern part of the Orange Archipelago. It is home to many towns and big port cities, and is seen as a "big city" island, much like Mandarin Island.

Valencia Island is located in the southwestern region of the Orange Archipelago. It is home to Pokémon Professor Ivy She notes the alternate coloration of certain Pokémon and she hands out starter Pokémon to you hopefuls in the Orange Islands.

Gateon Port — The Gateway To Orre.
Gateon Port is a seaside city in northwestern Orre. Gateon is a thriving port city with a tall lighthouse at the entrance to the harbor. Citadark Isle can be reached from here by way of the Robo Kyogre. It is the port to other Regions from Orre.

Citadark Isle — Where the Darkness Spreads.
Citadark Isle is a remote island south of Gateon Port. Not much is known about it, though rumors circulate about devious acts having taken place there. It appears deserted though, and very few travel the distance to reach it.

Agate Village — Where Wisdom Awaits.
Agate Village is a small, lush, forest village located in north-central Orre. A large river runs past the town, accounting for its abundance of flora in an area that is primarily desert. The terrain in the village is fairly mountainous, though forested.

Pyrite Town — The Foolish Miner's Paradise.
Pyrite Town is a large town located in southwest Orre. The town is hewn out of a crimson-colored canyon and is laced with bits of old trash and mining debris, the latter a reminder of the town's mining past. Most buildings and machinery found within Pyrite are saturated with rust.

Realgam City — A Town of Honor and Vice.
Once known as Realgam Tower and still featuring the large building, Realgam has become almost a capital in Orre. It is home of the Head Leader and many amusement park type attractions. People come from miles around to visit Realgam... and they can see it for miles around.

Phenac City — The Glittering Oasis In the Desert.
Phenac City is a small city built around a desert oasis in southeast Orre. The entire city is surrounded by a wall that keeps out the harsh desert winds. In the center of town there is a large, ornamental fountain that serves as both decoration and a rich display of Phenac's water supply.
