de la cruz hunters.
 Spanish in origin. The de la Cruz coven is known for it‘s emphasis on teamwork. Most hunters form teams of three or more at a young age that stick with each other throughout a lifetime of hunting. They are known for doing whatever possible to rid the world of vampires, even if it means sacrificing their own seer in the process. They are a large clan, also known for taking in rogues. Their guardian is Azrael, the angel of death.

harper hunters.
 Scottish in origin. The Harper coven is known for it's brutal means of vengeance, through attacking in such a way that both parties feel loss. However, they are also the first clan to have called a truce with the vampires, and most descendants aren‘t even aware of their sacred duty. Their guardian is Samael, the avenger and deceiver.

cauldhame hunters.
 Irish in origin. The Cauldhame coven is known for it's extraordinary birth of twin hunters, which upon the death of one twin the other grows significantly stronger. Leaders of this clan step down around their forty fifth birthday and become instead a part of the council of elders who vote in a new leader. The current leader is Doyle Cauldhame, though half Cauldhame prefers his sister Sierra’s less peaceful ways. Cauldhame has the oldest, and strongest, seer of all the clans (Morrigan, at one hundred twenty years old). Their guardian is Gabriel, the messenger.

 Russian in origin. The Yuryevich coven is known for it's brute strength and juggernauting through obstacles, as well as their tendencies to hide their seer away for no one to see except those trusted. Today, there's a small internal struggle in the higher ups, namely between the possible future leaders Yuri Yuryevich and Gavrel Yuryevich. Yuri represents sticking to the old, strict rules of training and fighting, while Gavrel represents a newer, more free way. Their guardian is Raphael, the healer.
