Mmkay, hey y’all! Just a few things to address for our coming summer months.

In character, our months are still around the winter/spring stage, though getting closer to spring. So while it’s still a bit chilly, you may get a very warm or decent sunshiney day peeking through. Furthermore, our timeline has slowed to allow more time to play out your plotlines. Basically, two years IRL will equal about one year in the roleplay (though fuzzy time may allow you more or less than that, depending on what you want).

You may have also noticed the forum slimming down a bit. In order to conserve space, and so not to have a bunch of empty forums, We’ve deleted a few of the unused sub forums (but no worries, all your topics are in the main forum they started in). We’ve also moved the IM and cell phone claims to the OOC archives and have deleted those respective forums. They were only being used once in a blue moon, and you’re still free to have chat-style roleplays, cell phone roleplays, and IM chat roleplays in the character extras forum.

If anyone seriously wants one of these forums back, and would like to tell us so and why, please feel free to PM me or Ama with your reasoning.

Last of all, we will be starting a new subplot soon. The basis of this subplot is a traveling carnival has come into town, run by witches and featuring vampires in the acts. They seem to have been drawn to Charlemont because of the sheer number of vampires and humans existing together in this small town, and some other sorts of funky powers. The Harlequin may also make an appearance.

The fair will stay in Charlemont likely around a month or so (in character time), maybe more, maybe less depending on how well they hit it off with the townies and schoolchildren. Once we get it up and running, we’ll allow you to start making carni characters (though no majors, mostly the performers and server types, and there will be a restriction on number starting).

This subplot may be starting sometime in the next few days, and the background information will come with it, telling you what you need to know about the carnival and it’s doings.
