This is a spin-off of the soon-to-be-defunct soap opera, Guiding Light. I wanted to pay homage to its memory in a unique way so I came up with the idea for PINE RIDGE. Basically in late September 2009, a toronado destroys the town of Springfield, and some residents are diverted to the small neighboring town of Pine Ridge. There our faves will meet new characters who will help shape their lives and destinies. The main family in Pine Ridge is the wealthy, dysfunctional Prescotts. Headed by the patriarch, Adam and his trophy wife, Donna, they make up quite a picture and soon become rivals to some of our Springfield transports/friends.

I have brought over 16 Springfield characters from the past and present with the possibility of more coming soon. Like on GL itself, you will find this spin-off full of the things that made soaps so compelling - lots of romance, affairs, backstabbing, suspense, family ties, and much more! I hope you enjoy your visit to Pine Ridge and come back soon!
