By joining this site and using the forums you have agreed to bide to all of the following, including updates to this page, and to accept all consequences of your actions.

General Rules

Members are expected to use proper grammer and punctuation. The use of excessive chatspeak is prohibited and will result in warnings, then temporary ban.

Members are discouraged from making one-two word posts or posts consisting only of emoticons, except in the forum games area of where deemed neccisary.

Harrasment, which includes but is not limited to, thread stalking, name-calling, 'bashing and flaming', false quoting, hate threads, and etc. Harrasment will result in an instant temporary or permanent ban depending on severity.

The posting of adult content or imagery is strickly prohibited, as is the disgussion of illegal activities including but not limited to narcotics and chemical substances.

Spamming, which is here defined as, but not limited to, the posting of emoticons, one word responses or responses not relevant to the topic, several posts in a row rather then editing your last one with the updated material, re-posts of already avilable topics, posting topics repetively in the wrong forum area or posting of topics inwhich there is information incoherent to making a topic.

Abuse of the karma/warning systeom, which includes increasing or decreasing a members points for reasons other then its intended systeom, is strickly frowned upon and will result in a warning and either complete reset or -2 to your current score if already negative or at zero.

The use of images from deviantart and other such sites in your signature or as an avatar without the artists permission resulst in a warning and removal of the artwork. Failure to comply results in a ban.

Moderator Rules

Moderators will be chosen by the board administator or by nomination of other site members during a specific event. Begging to become a moderator will be construed as harrasment and failure to comply with previous rules and will result in a warning/temp ban/ban.

Moderators who have been inactive for a two-three month period without consent or approved reason (posting in member announcement board) will loose their moderator privilages and be set back to member or senior member depending on time on site.

Moderators who fail to perform in their duties/assignements or have broken any of the rules shall not be exempt from the punishments there ingiven, and a second offense means loss of moderator status either permanently or temporarily.

If a member has an issue with a moderator, that issue should be brought immediately to the administrator's attention by private message. Any other attempt to make the issue worse by both parties will result in a warning then temp or perma ban.

General Roleplay Rules
_{Each subforum of the roleplay area will have its own basic guidelines explaining what is expected in each forum, but the following rules apply for all.}

General Board rules still apply in all areas. This includes the chatspeak and repetative posting rule.

Roleplays that have not recieved any new posts within a month will be archieved. (Unless all members in roleplay are undergoing a temporary absence via member announcement board.)

The act of controuling another person's character is strictly frowned upon in the roleplay community and will result in a deduction of points in the warning system.

The act of having an all-powerful or unbeatable character is strictly frowned upon in the roleplay community and will result in a deduction of points in the warning system.

More then three complains from members about failure to comply to basic roleplay guidelines will result in a temporary ban from the roleplay forums.

A new roleplay thread created without using the correct format will be deleted after two days if no changes are made.

Art Rules

By posting artwork in the Graphics Forum, you are claiming full responsibility for the material posted and any updates or link changes to it.

Claiming of another user's art as your own, be it from this site or externally, results in immediate deltion of all threads containing material and a temporary ban there afterwords. Repetative offenders face a perma-ban.

The portrayal of adult images is forbideen by invisionfree board services. If you feel your images is not adult, but contains some themes unsuitable for younger members (ie, the use of blood or scantily clad people) must contain 'Pg-13' or some warning therefor in the title. Failure to comply results in deletion of all topics or posts where artwork is displayed.

A member is using a 'gallery' topic is allowed several 'blank' posts afterwords for future updating of topics.
