24 years old, graduated in 2005 from a university in Beijing, working in Shanghai as a local government clerk.

Her salary in RMB (1 USD = 8 RMB) (RBM=Chinese Yuan):

Part 1:
Per month:
- Basic salary: 1500 (there is 13th month salary)
- Some pension fee from government: 250
- Fixed monthly bonus: 3000 (Chinese salary system is way different then in Western, there are lot of other hidden salary like bonus, and yes they get it every month, with minimum fixed amount, normally much bigger than the basic salary)
- Food benifit: 300 (for a common family, 300 RMB per month is completely enough to eat decently).
- Traffic fee: 150 (covers all your traffic cost, normally you save money from this fee)

Part 2:
- Januray 1 ( New Year Public holidy) bonus: 2000
- Feburary (Chinese new year) bonus: 2000
- May 1 (Labours Day) bonus: 2000
- Oct 1 (National Day) bonus: 2000
- Summer high temperature benifit: 1500
- Yearly outgoing benefit: 2000
- Yearly fitness benefit: 2000
- Another yearly bonus (paid in on-go): 6000

Part 3:
Other local government benefit like supermarket shopping fee, milk drinking fee, dinner fee, total: 6000

Total year income: about 90,000 RMB, somewhat more than 11,000 US dollar

Living in Shanghai is expensive compared to most other Chinese cities, but way cheaper than in W.Europe, I have just been in Shanghai end last year, I found the prices in the supermarkets dammn too cheap compared to W.Europe.


一个上海24岁女公务员的工资待遇

2005年7月毕业于北京的一所不错的大学,毕业前回到家乡上海,和许多同学一样经历了找工作的风风雨雨,在没有任何背景和关系可以依*的情况下,也算是过五关斩六将吧,总的来说还算比较顺利。后来逐渐把目光集中在了两个含金量较高的offer上:一个是位列世界500强的美资著名船公司,另一个则是上海某较好的系统的公务员。最后,父母和男友一致强烈建议我选择公务员,也没太多犹豫,签了。(虽然我的大学同学都认为我属于比较开朗外向social的女孩子,可能更适合外企大公司的工作。)
  
  工作到现在已经两个多月了,下面来谈谈我的收入情况和理财计划。希望大家能给我多提提意见和建议.
  
    先谈谈收入情况:
  
    一、基本收入
  
    月工资:1158.9,公务员发13个月工资,合计1158.9*13=15065.7
  
    (转正后大约在1500-1600,)按1550合计1550*13=20150
  
    月公积金(个人加单位):212(少的可怜阿)合计212*12=2544
 
    (转正后大概在250左右,合计250*12=3000
  
    月奖金:1500(上海公务员第一年奖金是半薪)合计1500*12=18000
  
    (转正后基数将变成3000)合计:3000*12=36000
  
    第一年试用期基本收入合计:15065.7+2544+18000=35609.7
  
    转正后每年的基本收入合计:20150+3000+36000=59150
  
    二、补贴收入
  
    此外还有一些补贴,试用期和转正后的补贴基本是没有差别的,大致包括:
  
    每月饭贴:300,合计300*12=3600
  
    每季度车贴:500,合计500*4=2000
  
    元旦、春节、五一、十一这四大节日各发过节费2000,合计2000*4=8000
 
    每年的七、八、九月各发高温费500,合计500*3=1500
  
    每年旅游费(报销):2000
  
    每年健身费(报销):1500-2000,按1800计
  
    全年全勤奖:6000
  
    全年的补贴收入合计:3600+2000+8000+1500+2000+1800+6000=24900
  
    三、非现金福利
  
    非现金福利主要是单位不定期充值的联华超市购物卡,餐饮卡,牛奶票等,一年大概有6000左右。
