Yet another music game

I thought id make a quick post about a game im developing as fairly soon ill be at a stage of setting up a website about it and wil launch version 1 sometime after.
I have for a long time played chart wars and was frustrated how it doesnt get developed anymore, Rob is doing well working for sigames now and i get why he isnt but the genre is one that lacks any independent games other than one that costs too much for what it offers and doesnt even beat chart wars. So i thought to myself well i can program why not make my own game and make it with the idea that its for me. So what am i looking to do.
Ive set out a road map with a clear vision of features and ideas from a version 1 up to version 3! Yes thinking way ahead but the interesting thing is that for this to succeed i decided that it can only work if i stick to it. This was 2 months ago, so where is the game at the moment?
Even though im a single dad who works very long shifts in it ive found time to finish the following:
Game currently can start with random data database supporting up to:
3000 artists and out of these bands are created as well as solo artists.
1000 song writers not including some artists who are capable
Supports 3000 arenas
Supports 200 manufacturing companies
Supports 200 distribution companies
30 award shows with unique criteria for awards
Currently 20 ai labels(can be increase)
As well as other things like staff ceo's etc
ALL of this info can be edited using a editor to create real world enviroments
What is finished:
User can make artist/band
Appear on tv shows etc
Ai works for all single and album sales, tours, promotions etc
Ai works out when artists start making all these things happen, it works very well at the moment.
Gui finally finished, this is what slowed me up as graphics is my weakness.
What needs finishing:
Label staffing ai
Few small things user and ai label related
As you can see its basically very nearly done.
Whats important to note is i mentioned a road map and what you might have noticed is currently its similar o chart wars and that is the case BUT it is because this is being made with a true engine so i can add more and why build everything in one go, that way it will never be finished. Few things on list for version two which i wont touch until v1 is done.
Xfactor...love it or hate it, it produces the next stars so how do i plan to use this in the game...lets just say im going to make a great game that i love and hope others do too.
