Uhm no, not really. I'll contact the people who has joined the forum the past month. And every time a new member joins I'll encourage that person to answer the questions.

No! Don't contact all new members. That's a bit creepy. They'll think you're a stalker. And I think anyone that hasn't had an interview yet should be able to do it if they like.

They will all get their turn when worthy enough...
